Cool spot, great service but when you pull up there is no menu!!!!! The tv screen flashes so fast, how am I supposed to order what I want. Ugggg it was one of the most frustrating coffee shop experiences I have had. I ended up with something I didnt want because I just had to have the server pretty much order for me. Talked to a friend and she had the same issue.

7Brew never disappoints, but this visit was next level thanks to Matt. From the moment I pulled up, he was super friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. He explained options clearly, made great recommendations, and had such positive energy that it honestly made my day better.
The drink was perfect, the service was fast, and the customer service was top-tier. Matt is exactly the kind of person you want representing your brand. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I really enjoyed my trip to 7Brew, but I do want to mention one serious concern how cold it is for the employees working outside. It was 15 degrees with a wind chill of 1 degree, and I genuinely felt awful for them. They looked absolutely freezing while still doing their best to provide great service. These workers deserve to be protected and taken care of. 7Brew corporate or the franchise owner needs to do better provide proper cold-weather gear like custom jackets or improve the heating system. No one should be expected to work in conditions like that. Shame on them. But overall shout out Massillon 7brew for always doing amazing work

I come through the drive-through consecutively every single morning. (It’s me, the one that always says “same thing as yesterday”) And I am always treated with nothing but kindness in the upmost respect. They had a special with the Santa postcards when you buy a drink today given that I have twin seven-year-olds, I had asked for two postcards. The young man was more than willing to help me out by giving me two. The friendliness, The atmosphere, the delicious drink drinks, and muffin tops? Nothing will ever beat this in my heart I guess you can say I’m addicted to seven brew and I don’t find a single problem with that!

New drive thru coffee place in town. Set up like a chick fil a drive thru, very clever.i ordered a large cold brew and the cup is HUGE! Make sure you get light ice bc they pack it full of ice. Coffee was good with fruit notes. Overall good addition to the coffee scene in Canton.

I have been going to this 7 brew since they opened and have never had a problem until recently. I noticed i wasn’t getting my free drinks so i asked them to check and i currently have over 4,000 point. I asked why i haven’t gotten a free drink and the worker had no idea either. They said there was nothing they could do and gave me corporates number. Ive call over 20 time, left SEVERAL voicemails and have heard nothing. I no longer have the phone number that i registered with but have been using with no problem until now. Has this happened to anyone else?
