I ordered online. They could not pull up my mobile order. They said sorry i can’t change your order. I explained my order was already paid for. The manager came with a rude attitude. They were beyond rude. I felt so humiliated. They treated me like I was stealing from them. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’d rather drive the extra 5mins to the other McDonald’s where they have friendly staff and management. This is not the first time that I have been treated horrible at this location. Not to mention that you have to wait 20mins to get your food.

Always quick and orders are always correct at this location. Especially using the mobile app. The app sends your order in according to your location and ETA so as soon as you get in line at the drive through it’s being completed by staff. You just give your order number/code, grab a receipt if you want it, and get your order. Your on your on your way in less than a couple minutes during rushes and easily under a minute during mildly paced times. Of course it’s McDonald’s, so you get what you get in terms of nutrition, so this review is based solely on service, time consumption, and correctness of orders. Im sure if someone was able to provide true nutrition in such a manner they would become rich beyond imagination, though I have the feeling that as a society pressed for time, we have undoubtedly traded quality of nutrition for convienance, time management, and the necessity to ingest something halfway through a work shift. McDonald’s is able to check all the boxes except nutrition. Most fast food can’t check the same boxs as efficiently and also definitely don’t provide nutrition. ♂️ not much to do about it without some new revolutionary methods and applications so they get they get the full 5 stars from me.

I am not a person to give reviews but had to on this one. I have been to this location many times because I live in the close neighborhood and my order is 9 out of 10 times wrong. Just recieved a doordash where once again the order is wrong and called the location and the “manager” was not helpful at all and refused to give me his name. Actually hung up on me because I asked. This is just bad business. So disappointed…Would love to speak with the owner if possible.

There are lots of McDonalds with the same problems. This store I stood there and know one asked if I needed help. Employees looked then walk away. A lady I believe to be the manager during the lunch time looked at me many times and did nothing just laughed and continued her conversation with and another employee. There is way too much talking and not enough working. They concentrate more on drive thru orders than anything else. These stores lack leadership and training and continue guidance. So this manager looks at me goes to her fry station and was handling the fries and was on her cellphone while at the station. No gloves no hand washing. Cellphones contain lots of germs especially being close to our mouths. I stood there long enough to take a picture of her on her phone. I would share a picture but can’t find where to clip it. It doesn’t matter if managers can be on their phone but not while handling food.

I come here OFTEN because I door dash. Im here probably 20+ times a week and the service is pretty awful every single time. It takes about 5 minutes for any employee to even acknowledge me standing there. I get when the store is busy, but it takes less than 5 seconds to acknowledge a customer and say “we will be right with you”. They completely ignore you for an extended period of time. Seems like very few employees at this location can multi-task.

We eat here often but today this place was a hot mess! They handed me the wrong order 3x and then the lady at the window got an attitude with me. How are you going to catch an attitude with me when you were the one that gave me the wrong order 3x? It’s really not that hard to check the bags and make sure the right items are in the bag. The next window and continue to forget things. How hard can it be to look at the order on a screen and place it in a bag. It’s literally your one and only job. Grown adults getting mad at you because they can’t do their own jobs properly. Do better, be better.

Normally the food is really good here. Yesterday my fiance and I stopped to get a little snack. Ordered 2 green chili mcdoubles. We got our burgers and left I looked in the bag and my burgers were wrapped like crap and I knew opening the burgers were gonna look like crap also. Sure enough they were drenched in ketchup, buns were soggy and meat looked really greasy. These burgers were not made with any care. Very disappointed and disgusted.
