Part I of II. I read about a restaurant called Jeannie’s and that it was the best kept secret in Las Vegas. We’ll, the name changed to Ruscello and it lives up to the hype! I am on a carnivore diet and was limited in my choices but, Oh man was it good! I went with the shrimp side AND. IT. WAS. TO. DIE. FOR!!! My wife had the French Dip and she was very impressed. I tried just some of the meat dipped in the au jus and was amazing!!! To top it off my wife complete thoroughly enjoyed the Creme Brulee!!! Will come again and have the hand made, made to order signature pizza and will update. The staff is as good as the food.

Haley, the manager, demonstrated exceptional leadership by assisting the waitress during a busy time. It was evident that she was actively engaged, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that her team felt supported.
The food was delightful, I particularly enjoyed the breakfast sandwich, paired with potatoes and a fresh salad. The lemonade was also a standout. I am looking forward to returning for another enjoyable experience.

My husband and I were in town just overnight and had lunch and dinner at this cafe. It was quick, convenient, and reasonably priced by Vegas standards. The food is amazing and fresh. Brickoven pizza is stellar. But honestly the service bought us back. Our server Megan was simply sunshine in a human! Only wish she could have sat down with us so we could enjoy her company more. She was delightful, helpful, funny, and engaged in every way. This place is a hidden gem. Big recommend

Love eating at the Nordstrom Cafe. Hubby and I have gotten the same thing for years and it is always delicious and hits the spot while shopping.
This is the only Nordstrom Cafe I’ve been to that is known as something other than simply Nordstrom Cafe.
Jeannie’s seems to offer more choices than the typical Nordstrom Cafe as well with gelato and affogato choices.
We ordered the Roasted Turkey and Avocado Club sandwich split for 2 with the fries that have the kalamata olive aïoli. Yum! It’s the exact right amount of food for two.
I can never pass up affogato so knew I had to try it when I saw it on Jeannie’s menu. This is an impressive affogato and a great deal for the price considering you are on strip. The espresso and gelato come separate so that you can make it at your table. It also comes with 2 caramels!

This is my favorite restaurant within Fashion Show Mall and one of my favorites of all time. Yes, it’s that good! It’s a hidden gem tucked away on third floor of Nordstrom’s. The food is divine, the service is always incredible, and it’s a fun atmosphere. One my favorites to order is are the kung pao brussel sprouts. YUM! All the servers are fantastic. The service here is always on par and consistent. My server today was Demaris and she was spectacular! Loved her energy and the wonderful service she provided. I always enjoy coming to this restaurant. It’s one of my happy places.

I was surprised to see my favorite Nordstrom Cafe wasn’t there anymore but since I was here, I’ll give Jeannie’s a try. I’m glad I did. We started with the soup, one Minestrone and one tomato. Both were excellent. We then had the Mozzarella di Bufala, which is similar to a Margherita pizza and this, too, was excellent. We also had the Roasted Oyster Mushroom Pie as well, delicious. Being a big grilled cheese fan, I had to try the Eggplant Parmesan Toastie. This was my favorite. Needing a little extra protein, however, I also had a side of Sockeye Salmon. I don’t know why I can never get my salmon this delicious. For dessert we just had the coconut sorbet and the pistachio gelato. Both a wonderful way to finish the meal. Being Nordstrom, the restaurant is, of course, beautiful and the service top notch. Ben, our server is excellent and I thank him for the awesome recommendations. The manager, Kristie, stopped by to check on everything and ensure we were comfortable and being taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with their service, I will definitely be back.

Great quick service! Perfect for a lunch stop while you are shopping in Fashion Show Mall. They still serve the classic Nordstrom tomato soup. I miss the little cheese breads but u can get buttered toast that come on the burrata and heirloom tomato salad. The shrimp puttanesca was super tasty. Great salads and deserts.

New restaurant replacing what was the Nordstrom cafe; a collaboration with the accomplished Seattle Chef Tom Douglas and Nordstrom’s.
Style of the restaurant was great with nice large windows in the back giving a view is the strip.
We were seated near the bar and our server was the bartender and was excellent! Ordered a drink and the fennel sausage to share and it was delicious.
Great spot for a bite or drink of over at fashion show.

So, I’m vegan so this review is based off a vegan perspective. I was excited to eat here since I work at the mall and the cafe used to be a place I would eat at often. The service here is incredible and the staff I would easily give 5 stars to. The only option I had to eat was on the appetizer menue which was the marinated cauliflower. It was o.k., the flavor was ok, but nothing I would come back for, and the portion size was so small, for $9 plus drink and tip I wouldn’t come back again. I so wanted to like this place. It got a cafeteria like atmosphere, with a fine dinning experience with the staff, and the only thing to be impressive abou the food is the way it looks on a plate.

I’ve never seen this place busy, but the food is delicious. My favorite is the French Dip sandwich and their wine pours are good.
