I put my straw in my iced matcha in the drive thru while waiting for my food. It looked full, but by the time I got to work, it was evident it wasn’t full all the way. The foam started to settle and I haven’t taken a sip yet! I’m upset I paid almost $6 for ice and foam.

I ordered through Uber Eats/Instacart and everything else in my order was fine, but my medium iced Butter Pecan Latte was undrinkable. It tasted strongly of chemicals and had coffee grounds in it, so I had to throw it away. The taste lingered even after dumping it.
I called the store to let them know, but because the order was placed through the app, I wasn’t able to receive a refund for the drink. I’ve ordered from this location before and experienced similar issues with this drink, so I’m not sure if this is an app issue or a store issue. I was really looking forward to this latte and was disappointed.

A large crew working, food and drinks came out very quick. Inside was clean. Drive threw and inside line both moved quickly.

Waited in line for 20 minutes which I’m always willing to do if my order is correct. But instead of a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel I got a banged up bagel with cream cheese on half of it because it was done so fast. What even happened to this bagel to make it look like a triangle? With lines that long there is no way to go back and get this fixed before work. Unfortunate as I can’t get my money back unless I go after work now.

We were the only ones in there. Took our order. Cashier used same gloves the whole time. Handling cash, selecting food items and clicking his earpiece on and off & checking his phone in the counter as well as that there computer screen. From order time until we got our coffee -16 minutes.
The young lady was working the drive-thru window and could do circles around the guys.
They seem so unenthused to be there too.

It’s very quiet in here which I like a lot. The young man who took my order was very polite and attentive. He communicated with me about going to get more donut boxes versus just walking away. Great job on that!! The lady at the sandwich station you rock!! My sandwich was fresh, hot, and delicious!!!! The cheese melted so perfectly!!! Thanks again

Coffee is always perfect. I also ordered 2 snacking bacon. It was absolutely terrible. Just a rolled up mass of unedible food. It didn’t even taste like snacking bacon. Just say you’re out rather than have customers pay for something like that. Very disappointed because this is the dunkin I go to when home and the better coffee having spot.
P.S. It was very busy but they had at least 8 people working behind the counter that I could see. Smh..no excuse.

This is the most efficient Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever gotten breakfast from. I’ve been there a few times now and each time they have a line as long as the rest of them but I get through so fast and the quality of food is equivalent or better than other Dunkin Donuts.
