I had the chicken miso ramen and it was absolutely delicious ! I also ordered the honey jasmine green milk tea and I loved it. If you’re in the area, I would definitely recommend this place. This is my go to place whenever I am in Prescott.

Love this restaurant for an easy, quick, delicious and affordable lunch option! So far I have gotten a number of rolls, the sashimi salad, and the poke bowls, all delicious! Can have an under $20 lunch that is filling and healthy and hits the spot. So glad I found this place!

Choices abound both in size of bowl and what goes in the bowl. My small bowl (2 scoops) of protein included Tuna and Tofu. The medium bowl (3 scoops) included Yellow tail, tuna and salmon. Other choices are the base: rice (3 types) or greens; sauce and toppings, of which can be mix and match. Our food was promptly prepared to order and delicious. What was missing from other Poke that we have had were: the seasonings, like Furikake, garlic, red pepper flakes; No noodles in the base Ramen, or sesame; and toppings like pickled vegetables or radishes. Additionally, the sauce needed to be mixed more. Thw restaurant is clean and spacious, but the Reggae music was too loud and not appropriate for the venue. Therefore, the 4, instead of the 5. However, I will return to to try the Pho or Ramen soups and the sushi.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience at WZ Poke & Ramen was disappointing from start to finish.

The moment we walked in, we felt rushed. Our waitress asked if we were going to have a “hard” or “easy” order, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable. It wasn’t a welcoming atmosphere at all. When our ramen arrived, it was a joke, there was barely any broth, and it was served in a rushed, almost disrespectful manner. The waitress literally slammed the bowls on the table without a word. To top it off, she didn’t offer any chopsticks or forks. We had to ask for them.
When we tried to address the issue by asking for the manager, we were told that the person who had been serving us was, in fact, the manager. We asked to speak to someone higher up, and when the boss showed up, he didn’t even know who his own manager was. We had to point her out. And when we explained our experience, his response was basically that he couldn’t discipline employees because they might quit, which just seemed like an excuse for poor service.
The only silver lining was that we received a small discount, but honestly, that doesn’t make up for the awful treatment and the lack of professionalism. There are so many other places in town where you can get better service and better ramen.

I was craving ramen and everything else in Prescott seemed to be closing around 8-8:30pm so when i stumbled upon this location, I was grateful that they took my order (even though it was 20 minutes before closing…) I’m not sure if that’s a cultural thing up here but typically a restaurant will take orders until at least 10 minutes before closing time. The person seemed very reluctant to do it but ultimately decided to take my order because, well, that’s money on the table you’re essentially saying no to.

I ordered:
– tonkotsu ramen
– California roll
– medium poke bowl with salmon

The tonkotsu ramen is delicious if you’ve never had real tonkotsu ramen before. I’d probably scale this as being better than your homemade instant noodles and definitely under the actual 16-hr slow-cooked broth you’d find at a real ramen shop. HOWEVER, I do love that the chashu pieces were BEYOND generous and thick. It was a 5/5 in that aspect. The rest of the toppings were fairly generous and in truth it wasn’t terrible but for the price I paid for the bowl I could have gone to one in LA instead.

The California roll tasted exactly as I expected it to but I felt they were very generous on the avocado which I loved.

The poke bowl was alright. I actually think they forgot to give us our sauce unless they had mixed it in the bowl.

Overall, while this isn’t my immediate choice for ramen and poke, it’s still a fairly decent restaurant with decent service.

Have not had a bad meal here. Prices are a bit higher than necessary, so be prepared. Usually about $65+ for three people, that being three bowls and three sodas. Staff is always friendly and the place is busy but not crowded. Worth the visit.

This place was great! The food came in large portions and it tasted amazing.
The service was a little bit slow but we did go in during the middle of dinner time and it wasn’t a problem at all. The staff there were all very nice and we had a good time!

This place is really authentic, I’ve been there once, but I’m definitely coming back! I ordered a poke bowl and the presentation was great and the food, really fresh. Great meal after a good workout. Also that’s a nice place for a date.

I’ve been coming here for 2 years now, and I keep coming back!! all the food taste fresh, i really recommend the baked salmon dish and the poke bowls.

The food was delicious. My issue was the they charged us more than the prices listed on the menu. When i pointed it out the young man went and talked to the manger who told the poor waiter to ask us if we could pay the price they charged us even tho its illegal because we should pay what is listed as their price. the whole interaction was weird. i felt really bad for the waiter. he did a great job and was very kind but its poorly managed obviously.

This was phenomenal food! Everything was cooked perfectly and was packed with flavor. The char siu was tender and extremely flavorful. We were just passing through this area while traveling but we’ll be back next time we’re in Prescott. If you’re looking for good and authentic food look no further!
