My sister and her coworkers went to this Wendy’s today 2/23/26 to have breakfast on their lunch break. They all ordered and only her two coworkers received their food. My sister never received her food, the employees in the restaurant decided to go to the back to have a “ meeting” and nobody was in the front counter for a good 20 minutes. My sister decided that after waiting 20+ minutes for her meal she was going to get a refund. They finally came back up front and gave her a refund. She didn’t even get to eat anything for her lunch break due to the lack of employees and not knowing how to do their job. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND eating here or wasting your time. They take forever to give you your food and can’t even give you your whole order when there’s only 3 customers in the restaurant. Very shitty customer service. Will be calling corporate and reporting this store due to their customer service. (Only leaving a review because she is back on the clock and can’t at the moment)

Wendy’s in kenniwick was a dumpster fire got a refund d from there gave Wendy’s another chance in pasco. They did not disappoint, promote the manager at this location. Fire the manager in kenniwick. This Wendy’s location saved face for your brand. Way to go pasco!

Waited at counter told by Employee “You have to wait” They were preparing a door dash. 1 other customer. After watching and waiting and waiting I just left with out even ordering. I called the manger who explained She was new then explaining how door dash has to be sealed and weighted and then they have to verify, then decide on condiments then go package the condiments. Then weigh the condiments, then re-weight everything and that if I had wanted to order I can just wait until everything else is done

This is one of the very worst places you can get food from I showed up at 5:00 at night and the lights in the lobby are off and if you go through their drive-thru for a delivery service they make you come in two employees were taking naps in the lobby. I don’t know what kind of business this is but I’m going to send a message to corporate to let them know that Wendy’s employees are nappy.
