This is my favorite Starbucks in the area.
It’s now the end of February and they still have gingerbread! The girls are extremely nice and you’re ALWAYS greeted when entering.
The store is spacey so it doesn’t feel like you’re sitting on top of one another or in someone’s personal space.
The comfy chairs they have are just that, so comfy. They have normal height tables and tables slightly up higher but not necessarily bar top tables, handicapped areas to tables as well.
Bathrooms are clean and for customer use only, a sign on the door but I’m not sure if people follow that.
The store was also fairly clean.
One thing I would hold them accountable for but won’t take off stars, is my drink had no flavor today, I went back in to have it remade and the barista acted if it was my fault. She placed the blame on everything but a genuine apology – I was extremely upset over that. I don’t need to know what works, what doesn’t, what ingredients you’re out of. Just apologize and remake – it’s not that big of a deal. Confrontation to a customer upset over a drink not being what was asked is not appropriate.

We love Starbucks. Sadly we like thousands of others are disappointed that we couldn’t get the Bear Holiday cup that was released on November 5th lmao. My daughter has a beary broken heart now. I might have to enroll her in counseling over it. She may not recover. If the marketing team needs any ideas maybe they can do a different bear cup for Valentines day or a bunny cup for Easter..

My wife loves Starbucks. When we have the chance it’s usually before work. We usually go to another location, but this one makes sense on our way to work. We order well in advance and it’s never ready on time. We are huge on timing because of our jobs. I would understand if it was busy, but the parking lot is usually empty and 1 or 2 cars in the drive through. It’s frustrating when the app says food is ready and multiple times it’s not.
We won’t stop going to Starbucks, but service is everything. We are grateful for a new one about to open where we live.

Much improved compared to older locations. Larger seating area both in and out. Not on the plaza signage, and very easy to find.

I absolutely love the fact that there is another Starbucks to go to that’s near my job. I work for Federal Express and live in Carbondale. Daily commute is pretty long from her to Potter on and closest Starbucks would be Dickson City. With that being said, we’ve started to come here because of the closeness to work. I think I am going to start going back to Dickson City because EVERY MORNING that we place an order to pick-up it is NEVER ready on time. I understand a possible 1 – 2 min wait possibly after an estimate pick-up time, but over 5mins is quite ridiculous. My order of food is ready, but drink is not. Sometimes workers are talking and not working. They have literally stopped what they are doing to have a conversation when customers are waiting. Other factor is speed. Starbucks is a high pace food spot. I appreciate and love the facility, but something’s gotta change. Thank you.
