This is such a gem in Lake Hopatcong. The service was great, we had such an attentive waitress and she was very kind and great to chat with. I got French toast, my friends got omelets and loved them! The price of the French toast is super reasonable compared to other diners around here. I hope more people visit this place!

Dessert is a meal, and that’s what we had here at the diner! Jersey diners are known for their large dessert cases with oversized cakes and all sorts of delicious pastries.
We enjoyed some coffee & tea along with Apple Pie w/vanilla ice cream and a piece of Flan.

Was just there with my girlfriends and was so pleasantly surprised! The service was so good. Our server was soo attentive and sweet. Our food came out crazy quick, and it was some of the best diner food I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot of diner omelettes, and this was by far the best. It seems like a small, humble diner, but so glad we gave it a chance, because the food was so delicious! The prices were very cheap too even for diner food. We’ll definitely be back!

They up-charged us for asking for no butter on the hamburger bun and cooking it well done. They said it’s a “special instruction”. And we got charged for asking for no butter on the toast that comes with the omelette. That was also considered “special instruction”. That comes to an additional approximate 15% of our total bill because we didn’t want butter and asked for a well-done hamburger. And I know that seems ridiculous because no other restaurant has ever charged for things like this. And no, there were no additional items added to our bill.
And when I finally got my order, they still put butter on it. We will never order from this place again.

Joe was our hero as we lost our caterer today and he filled in on literally hours notice and served an amazing spread of food for the kids and the adults which was perfect Fourth of July fare. Salad , burgers, chicken and stuffed pork being the highlights. I would recommend him for any catering event!
