Went on a Monday night. It was pretty good pizza. I think they did good at getting what we wanted and doing it as we asked on the website. The workers seemed friendly and glad to be there so it was nice to see people happy to be there. A good experience overall. Great tasting pizza.

20 minute pick up time turned in to an hour pick up time stood there for 45 mins actually still waiting as I type i would not recommend, after getting home the pizza was not cut there was no sauce it was more less crust cheese and toppings I will not be going back anytime soon

One person can really ruin a reputation. Such is the case with this location. Before the other night I use to love ordering from Marcos but not anymore. Ordered at 5:30 for delivery which they said it will take about 60 minutes. Nothing arrived so I called and spoke to someone and they said they didn’t have a driver. I said ok let me go pick it up. Went in I asked for new food because what they had has been sitting out for over an hour. The workers were like yes we will remake it and that was cool with me. In steps the GM she caught an attitude with me and then I said just give me a refund. She tries to give me a partial refund keeping the delivery fees with the order. I am not sure if she has it all together mentally to run a restaurant. I will never go back to this location because of her. I would recommend other choices besides this Marcos.

Absolutely done with Marco’s after today.If it wasn’t for the rock hard breadsticks , it was definitely that rudeness and immaturity of the staff that made us be completely done with them.

Really disappointed by the customer service. when I called the lady taking my order was just rude. When the food arrived extremely late and ice cold pizza and breadsticks were so hard it hurt to eat. We called to report it and were told that if we had a problem we should call door dash. We said that we ordered through Marcos and the lady said they didn’t have anyone to deliver so they had to pawn us off on door dash. If I wanted to DoorDash, I would’ve called DoorDash so needless to say we didn’t get what we ordered. Everything was cold but more than anything the management and staff absolutely disappointing how rude they were.

This was so disappointing. Spent almost $40 on a pizza and sandwich. Pizza was so undercooked that the sausage was pink. All of the toppings weren’t cooked into the cheese. Looked like they were just thrown on top at the last minute. Sandwich was also undercooked and looked like someone had crushed it.

My visit was on 6/15 and it was the first time I’d been to Marco’s. The pizza was fantastic. I liked that the toppings were chunky and not minced small like most place. The staff that I met were nice, and I’ll definitely be coming here again.
This is a new review on 1/2/2026. I picked up a pizza and breadsticks and had trouble walking to my car as I have hip issues. A young man Brandon helped carry and gave me his arm to lean on. He told me the names of the other two workers, one was Jamie and I am so sorry I forget the third, I don’t know of any other places that would do this for me. I will be writing a fromal not to the manager to express my appreciation.

I thank God that I have a Marco’s Pizza so very close to me. Their BOGO Tuesdays enable me to invite family and friends over without me being frazzled at food prep. NOTHING beats Marco’s thin crust super deluxe pizzas, Nothing. It’s a pleasure to tell everybody, Just Call Marco’s on Tuesdays!
