Do not go here anytime at night. Have been here several times and been fine. But picked up and order at 830 tonight. What a joke. My wife order a bowl that was only have full compared to usual I ordered a chicken burrito that was 99% rice, 6 little pieces of chicken and some beans. Only realized this after a couple bites of nothing but rice.

Every single time we go there they “give out food to somebody else on mistake”

This last time it was a whole family meal, I placed the order at 7pm for 8pm. We got there at 8:15 and they did not have it ready and told me I was in the wrong location. Nope , they gave it to someone else. How do you accidentally give that much food away?

It’s every single time they forget bags, give the wrong food. At least they were kind today, no eye rolling and spoke kindly. I go here about three times a month. In the past year I have maybe had 3 good experiences. I am kind and patient but how in the world can this place still be in business. Who is managing this place? How can they let this go on so long? They must know there is a problem.

Poor and frustrating service begins before you walk in the door. Parking is tight and has a lot of opportunity for fender benders with cars entering and exiting the drive-through lane while others are parking.

We never use the drive through, because the orders are not completed in a timely or predicable time frame. So, even if we are wanting to get through fast, we go in and navigate the parking.

When entering, or any time inside, the restrooms have a code. To receive the code, one must interrupt the cashier to ask. It’s usually a process.

When ordering, this visit and on prior visits, there were no hard shell tacos. I was offered to wait for them to be cooked. Usually, it isn’t a long wait, however, they are out of them often.

As we proceed through the order. I ask for a side of chips. Chips are out of stock….. and only available for drive through customers. This has been a policy for a while when chipotle is running low on chips. So, we already discussed why drive through doesn’t work. So we skip it and sit down. We proceed to order chips on the app to go and get them off the to-go shelf, since that fits the allowable workflow.

Ultimately the price is $40-50 for 4 people, so really not a good value for some tacos or a bowl. Other taco shops in Medford have tacos for $1.25 each.

Value versus hassle. We are done navigating this system for a few tacos or a bowl or burrito.

Horrible service beginning to end. We placed a large order for lunch. Apparently this location does not use the “pick up” shelves so we waited an additional 30 minutes before we found out that the order was sitting behind the counter. Multiple orders were missing ingredients and anemic in size. We received nothing but attitude when trying to get the hour old orders re done including being told we had to wait in line if we wanted our food replaced. After some shaming, the staff elected to replace the food while giving us the stink eye the entire time. No apology, just crap attitude to match the crap service. Do yourself a favor and go visit the south Medford location for good food and good service.

Decided to go to Chipotle for dinner tonight after a long day of traveling. Ordered in the app and my wife stopped and grabbed it. I paid extra for extra meat on my burrito bowl, my wife gets home, i open my bowl and there is barely ANY meat to be found in my bowl! What i mean by barely any meat is i was able locate MAYBE 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. My wife and i had to drive back down to chipotle and have them remake our entire order because my wife’s dinner would have been cold by the time we went back to get this rectified when it shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with! The cherry on top is when we went back to rectify this, the guy who helps us was rude and irritated and said “Screw it, I dont care” like this was OUR FAULT! This is completely unacceptable and i am extremely disappointed and will be second guessing going to chipotle from here on out.

Food was good, was made really slow tho, nobody seemed happy, no smiles, they all seemed like the life had been sucked out of them. Definitely feel the hiring process should be more thorough searching for people that enjoy customer service and working with the public. Place needs some energy, it would drastically change the experience so the service matched the food quality.

I’m trying to keep the worst Uber Eats delivery experience I have had specific to those at fault, but I’m exceptionally hungry after waiting over an hour for my delivery and still have to find something to eat for dinner.

In this case, I ordered a chicken salad bowl with black beans, no guac or sour cream. I got pinto beans, a mound of guac and sour cream, and the most pathetic sprinkling of lettuce. It would probably be tasty if I could eat it. I absolutely love paying to get food I didn’t order and have to throw away.

If you can go in, it’s usually tasty. Never order out. This is the 2nd time my order has arrived with multiple errors.

The last few times I’ve come to this Chipotle especially last night the experience has been awful. They were fully staffed, yet the portions were embarrassingly small. I asked for nearly everything that comes in a bowl and still ended up with what looked like half a bowl.

When I politely asked for more rice and cheese (not extra meat, just basics), I was told they’d have to “double it” and charge me extra despite the fact that they barely gave me half scoops of meat, salsa, and other toppings to begin with. The result was a skimpy bowl that cost way more than it should have.

On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I asked for more, as if I was doing something wrong by expecting a reasonable portion for the price. Paying premium prices for pitiful portions and attitude is unacceptable.

Overpriced, underfilled, and poor customer service. I won’t be back.

Long story short every time I go to this chipotle, they are out of something or just don’t have something that I want and the workers are never inviting and seem like they dread being there serving portions are never consistent some employees give you way more than others While some will give you less than they are supposed to. Being honest, I’ve never had a great experience at this location and I am so glad that we finally got one in grants pass. That is much better than this location.
