I order from here frequently and my order is almost never right. I asked them to fix my order today and was met with an attitude by who i assume to be a manager, i used to work at dunks and this is not how you treat customers who just simply ask for the order to be corrected. They also don’t put salt out on the ice in front of the store, which is a hazard for people. Im done ordering from them.

They have French crullers, although not a lot of other donut varieties. Since I love French crullers I was happy. The bathrooms were clean.

Just walked in to this Dunkin, happy to see no line. 5 girls working, chatting, glancing my way. Stood there for 3 minutes and left. I did learn that one of them just turned 21 and is very excited about that! Terrible service.

The drive thru was great. They took orders quickly and didn’t mess up my order. Out of the 5 I have gone to this place is #1 in my book.

40 minutes stuck in drive thru. Half my food is cold. Rest of hot food still nkt ready and now arguing if they are in the bag. 1 drink missing. Guy at window was taking order instead of counting my change and getting my food that is now cold. Lobby was empty. This is a common occurrence. Poor management. Poor cross training. Everyone is slow going here. No rushing. No hurry. Im at a FAST FOOD restaurant NOT SIT DOWN.
1 more chance and Im done here for good. So are others already. DO BETTER OR CLOSE THE DOORS!

ordered a walk in mobile order, when i arrived it wasn’t in the right place, i couldn’t pick it up, i could see it sitting by the drive thru window. i watched it melt while i tried to get the attention of an employee, when they finally acknowledged me and gave me the drink it had clearly not been mixed, and i just watched all the cold foam melt into it while sitting at the drive thru window, so i politely asked for it to be made again. they did, but they made me pay for it a second time and the girl that made the coffee looked at me like i just ruined her life. gotta say the second coffee was perfect but still i had to pay for it twice and everyone was looking at me like they hated my guts. boo swanzey dunks

At the drive thru, I ordered a large coffee with no ice, breakfast sandwich and 2 donuts. At the window, I was handed a half filled large coffee. The person at the window told me “The owner is cracking down on that. We’re only allowed to put in the amount that would normally be in there if ice were included”. I would have actually be fine with this had they just offered an up charge to actually FILL THE CUP. This will be the last time that I go to Dunkin’s. When business’s stop serving their customers is when it’s time to find a somewhere else.

You WILL wait 20 minutes for bad coffee and a sausage, egg and cheese croissant but without any cheese apparently. Like “cheese” is in the name of the meal my friend.

We stop here about once a month. We use the app to pre-order so it is ready when we arrive. That way, our coffee is not scalding hot. The past several times, they have not had the items we ordered. Some items they don’t usually have, according to them, but are on the app menu. No midnight coffee twice in the past 2 visits, which were 2 weeks apart. They wait until we arrive to fill the coffee order, which defeats our purpose of being able to drink the coffee with our other items. It is 30 minutes before the coffee has cooled enough to drink without burning your mouth. It is a convenient stop for us but not so convenient when the order is not ready when we order it 10+ minutes away.
