I love the food here. Its the counters and floor that disturbs me. So much mess. Someone has to clean this up. Some of the drinks under the counter had food around them too. Come on jersey mikes! Lets get it together

The sub was awesome—definitely worth it, even if a bit pricey. I paid $10.60 for a 6-inch sub (Chicken Bacon Ranch). One thing I wasn’t a fan of was the tipping prompt at the register, as I don’t usually tip on takeout orders.

Today was my first time ever having tried Jersey Mikes Subs! The new location in Salem, Ohio has only been opened for a couple of days but let me tell you!!!! I decided to go with Mikes Philly and it was absolutely delicious!! Hot, juicy and tasty!!! All of the employees were very interactive with the customers and were also very super friendly!! I will definitely be back to try more!!!!

Bad experience at this location. This would piss anyone off. Old lady with tattoos, I came in and ordered, three people came in behind me. Instead of taking care of my order I had to wait while she did everyone’s orders all at once. Instead of making mine she made all of them at the same time. So basically I’m standing there while everyone’s is being made at the same time. This really sux especially when I didn’t really have time to stop anyway. It should be orders completed in the order they are given. I believe the old woman did this on purpose because she was moving real slow on top of it.

First time at Jersey Mikes today. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious! I had Philly Chicken, my son had Philly Cheese Steak and my husband had the Italian. Everything was fresh and tasty. The only thing better than the food was the employees!! What a great group of friendly, fun folks!! Will definitely be back!

1. Y’all slice the cheese so thin, I could literally see through it as it was being placed on the completely unevenly cut bun.
2. The meat also, sliced so thin, is nearly see through also! If you can shave off even 1/100th of an ounce on the products served, you can make at minimum 25% more over the life of the product being sliced!
3. Either there’s a vegetable shortage or the employees get paid a bonus to screw the customer over. 5 thinly sliced INDIVIDUAL rings of onion, 5 thinly sliced tomatoes on a GIANT? REALLY!!!
4. A #8 is supposed to come with bacon. ENOUGH bacon to cover the bun from end to end. Not four 3 inch long slices of bacon that leave the sandwich without bacon in places!
5. “MIKES WAY” doesn’t mean a slight splash of vinegar then SOAK the rest with oil.
6. Y’ALL WON’T ALLOW ME TO USE MY POINTS!! I HAVE OVER 2,000 POINTS AND YOU CHEAP, THIEVES WONT ALLOW ME TO USE MY POINTS! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I’VE TRIED TO USE MY POINTS AT THE SALEM LOCATION AND YOU WON’T ALLOW IT!!! I KNOW JERSEY MIKES SUBS, AND YOU PEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE WHAT JERSEY MIKES POINTS POLICY’S ARE! I DIDN’T AQUIRE OVER 2,000 POINTS BEING A ROOKIE TO JERSEY MIKES!
This is the 4th time! 4 times Y’ALL screw up a common sub. (#8) NOTHING SPECIAL however y’all can’t get it right! I’ve made a review two other times and y’all somehow got them removed! Let’s see how long it takes to get this review removes!

If I could give you a zero star, I definitely would. Ordered for delivery and received the wrong sub (ordered a #8 and got a #13). Called the store and was told it wasn’t their problem, that they follow what is on the receipt. Told them that wasn’t the case because they wrote 13 on the wrapper and it clearly wasn’t the sub I ordered when I opened it (receipt with my order clearly said #8 by the way). Just own up to your mistakes and do better.
