Ordered a pretty basic sandwich off of DoorDash. Didn’t get the bacon I paid extra for, didn’t ask for mayonnaise because I can’t have mayonnaise. Bread was ripped and cut weird. Waste of money.

* There were 9 people working. Must have been doing training.
* Restaurant, tables, floors all clean.
* This specific one is nicer than most. Bigger and it’s setup so you can watch them make the food, kinda like subway.
Everything was excellent however, they need hair nets. There was a pony tail guy there with long frizzy hair and It just made me think it couldn’t help but get into the food.
They brought out our food and also cleared our trays.
Will be back! The Italian was perfectly cooked and delish!

Let me tell you, I’ve had multiple issues at this location. Once they reimbursed me by providing a free sandwich, the second they never responded. If you don’t want mushrooms on your sandwich, don’t go here, no matter how you ask they will definitely put mushrooms on your sub.

I’m a little conflicted on how I should rate this location, while the manager in red was acting professional with customers, (I say acting because as soon as they were done speaking with me it was like a switch and that’s when their demeanor changed) they were not acting professional with their staff. As a customer I do not like seeing that when I go in to spend my money, and although the attitude wasn’t reflected towards me I still felt like it wasn’t necessary. The cashier that took my payment was still so friendly even after the rude attitude was placed upon her.

We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven’t seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! I’ve already gone back to the menu to decide what I want next. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Logan!!
