Been meaning to stop here for months. They didn’t have the pulled pork or brisket I wanted, but they did have a brand new offering: cheesy brisket boudin balls. They’re real good! Kinda salty though, so watch out for that if you’re watching your sodium intake. The guys running the truck are pretty chill too.

Best barbecue in town hands down. The atmosphere is pleasant as well. From the corn hole to the smell of the smoke In the air. I had the wings sausage and ribs, all were phenomenal. Allen has invested a lot of time and study into his craft and you can taste every bit of it in the food.

Top notch barbecue! Chef Al brings the heat. My favorites so far are the brisket and the chicken wings. Still need to try the pulled pork, and you can bet I will be back for it. Highly recommend!

On a whim, we decided to grab bbq to take back to our Airbnb. What a great decision. The pit master and crew were very accommodating and we visited and found we had a Texas connection. We had the pulled pork and sausage. It was delicious; some of the best we have had! Even the pickles were good, and I usually leave pickles on the plate. Run, don’t walk to this place!

We had the sampler platter and everything was fantastic! The ribs were competition-style tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with just the right bite. Every item on the plate was delicious, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the food. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Santa Fe!
