We arrived 3 hours before closing time. Then 2 minutes after we received our order of food and drinks we were told they were closing and we needed to leave. No explanation was given as to why they were closing about 3 hours early. There were several other customers present who were also told the same thing. So much for enjoying our Starbucks outing 🙁 Last time for us. They just tossed our future coffee outings to the new Wawa. Brilliant

Came in to pickup my mobile order and service was quick, friendly, and accurate. I ordered light ice and light whipped cream which they followed and made me happy.
I always see videos of barista’s not doing these modifications but they were followed perfectly. I also got a spicy falafel pocket which was yummy

I have two other Starbucks near me and this one’s my favorite, they’re always so nice theirs a gentleman in there that’s always so easy to talk to when he’s at the cash register they’re always so fast and my drinks are always perfect I’ve been to so many Starbucks even the ones at Disney and my drinks are always inconsistent and when you have OCD being consistent is very important and this location is guaranteed to make my drink perfect.

I pulled up to the drive-thru window to place my order because it was raining, hoping to avoid getting wet. Instead of understanding, the employee lectured me, saying I’m only allowed to order at the window when they can’t hear me—not for my convenience or to avoid the rain. This kind of attitude is disappointing and makes for a frustrating experience. Customer service should prioritize the customer’s comfort and needs, especially in bad weather.

Nice place to chill and rebalance one self. Though, it took them FOREVER to get rid of the fly problem (something tells me upper management might be somewhat responsible as this was an ongoing thing).

They do need to increase the water pressure in their bathroom sinks…a thin stream of water is not adequate to wash hands effectively.

Aside from that, Justin, Angie, Karina and the crew are top notch!

First time going here, the way the transaction happened. The register scan and make my app restarted and I have to sing in never happened before. The customer service representativei mentioned i have another amount, I have a different amount on my app plus there was blame it on how bad of Internet service does store have something that management should considering to fix if that’s the case but I didn’t understand why by scanning my phone when we restart my whole entire phone and app for Starbucks app unexpected and I feel that blaming on the store is something that you can be internally correct and fix the energy was not good plus I ordered a grande 1 Pomp white chocolate mocha and the grand that it was almost like a small cup it was more whipped cream than coffee totally no happy with the service .
Next time just validate the the customer. Thanks not good energy there . I actually was planning to stay longer waiting for 6:30 appointment and I left because of the energy.

I frequently visit this Starbucks through curbside service; however, I was exceedingly disappointed today when I entered the lobby. I waited at the counter for assistance while two employees engaged in a personal conversation mere feet away from me and they did see me standing there. It took a third staff member, who was preparing drinks, to instruct one of the others to attend to me while I attempted to place my order. Really? This incident occurred on Monday, April 12, around 2:50 PM. It appears that the staff could benefit from fundamental customer service training. They did not have what I wanted, and although there were alternative options available, I would rather refrain from paying for inadequate service.

The drinks have been fine, orders not done wrong with food before either but the staff was not attentive whatsoever. The lady at the window was having a whole different conversation with her coworker on her headset not about work while almost giving us the wrong drinks on the counter. Never said what our total was again to make sure we even paid for the right order, just was standing there not caring at all. I’ve never been to a Starbucks like that.
