Service was super friendly, fast, courteous and very helpful making hard decisions on food choices. The restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were very clean also. Food was great. Atmosphere was great.

For starters, Brittani was absolutely amazing. She checked on us regularly and was incredibly patient and so so sweet with my baby. But- I don’t think I’ve ever had a brisket as dry as the one I had tonight. The Mac and cheese tasted like water. The green bean were pretty much straight from a can with no seasoning. The only thing that I could actually eat was the mashed potatoes and the chips and queso. For a place that boasts about their food, it was severely overpriced and not good. I will not ever be coming back. But I hope our waitress makes bank because she truly was the best!

The atmosphere felt like a generic BBQ restaurant. Although, I did notice a Rolling Stones poster on the wall . The service was fine but a bit slow. The food wasn’t bad but average. The alcoholic beverage I had was not good [ Peaches and Cream ]. I don’t think I would be a repeat customer.

Our first time to visit this restaurant and it did not disappoint! I had The Motherlode plate and everything was cooked perfect. Wife had an amazing looking burger with fries that she loved. Beans and mashed potatoes were very good too. We will defiantly come back when we are in town.

Nice atmosphere and good food. Great service by our waitress (can’t remember her name). Loved that they had the Carolina BBQ sauce, cause I love the vinegar based sauces.

This was some DANG fine food! Being a Texas boy this BBQ was on point! The ribs were fall off the bone good and the sides were excellent. The wait staff was attentive and very friendly. Can’t wait to go back to Siloam to eat here again.

Rib Crib is always a good bet. Good food. Yummy sweet tea & flavored lemonade. Good service. Smoked meats tender & juicy. Loaded spuds a favorite.
