Its 9:00 and we were calling and calling and nobody answer we are on our way to the restaurant to see if its open because on the website it says they close 10pm its just dumb they dont want to answer calls because they too lazy to take orders or what is it??? We just arrived here its 9:20 and its close as you can see on the pictures its so disappointing that they close too early I imagine they close not even at 9:00 pm more earlier thats so crazy fix your hours than if you guys planning on closing at 8:00pm. If i could give a negative stars i would because thats so dumb even on the door hours say they close at 10:00pm.
But luckily E-noodles is still open they do keep they ours right they say the restaurant closes at 10 and they still took our order E-noodles saved our night!

Good location. Good parking facilities outside.. we were on our way driving to NC and stopped here for late lunch . Kids got lemonades in Dunkin next door and we ordered food here in Sogo express .. service was good. The chef was quick and made food quickly… ambience wasn’t that good . The floor was wet and slippery .
Price wise it was cheaper than many other restaurants. Got lunch special for less than 10$, which is rare these days .. but the taste wasn’t extraordinary. It was ok. Teriyaki chicken was a bit dry. Not much of spice . Couldn’t eat the whole thing . Wish it was tastier .. good food for the price though. Had a good experience but could be better . 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Went in last night and it was terrible. The girl running register must have thought she was home wearing bedroom slippers and sitting behind the register on the phone. Don’t really need to know her conversation about getting fired from wal mart for taking long breaks. They didn’t give us yum sauce I think it was ranch dressing, to put on overcooked food. Few bites and it went in trash. Didn’t notice the low health grade before ordering. Use to be a regular, but not again.

Placed a to-go order, had to wait for the staff to get off the phone in order to pick up my food. Customer service was not good whatsoever. An the food lacked flavor and the vegetables that were supposed to come with the meal. I also ordered the noodles that just looked like boiled spaghetti. Save your time and money and don’t eat here.

I’m pretty disgusted. Just bought three plates and sat to eat with my daughter and her friend. We started eating and the friend looked up and said you have hair in your food. I’m still in the car gagging. All three plates went in the garbage. The floor was sticky and nasty. It was not clean in there. can’t stop gagging.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki, and it has a very fowl taste. The chicken is very dry and the rice and noddles are flavorless. The carrots are straight from a can. No flavor whatsoever, and extremely overpriced. I will never return. Terrible food, terrible business. Do not support this place.

This place used to be so good. Idk what has happened but it’s awful now.
I’m so easy going when it comes to food, and as long as it’s edible I’m not going to complain. But tonight I ordered hibachi steak with a side of noodles, and after driving all the way back and kindly and calmly asking if they could please remake it (because mistakes happen and I get that), it’s still disgusting. The steak was supposed to be medium rare, but it’s cooked well done and has the consistency of leather. I’m almost sure it’s the absolute worst cut of meat available and is meant to be used for things like stew and never grilled. It’s 90% gristle, and then they cooked it into oblivion. The vegetables are raw, although they did char them so they *look* cooked and flavorful. The noodles are plain spaghetti that they left on the grill long enough to suck every drop of moisture out, and the “shrimp sauce” is some weird watery mess with no discernible flavor. Everything is bland except the carrots which are somehow more like “semi sweet bland”.
I’m beyond annoyed and won’t be going back. So sad to see one of my formerly favorite quick meal spots go to trash like this.
Extra notes if anyone still isn’t convinced to avoid the place:
• The atmosphere inside isn’t great. It feels like a place that hasn’t been updated or deep cleaned in decades. It’s not dirty necessarily , but it wouldn’t hurt a bit if they did clean. It’s somehow dark and weirdly lit all at once. And everything just feels… bleh
• The service is polite but detached, and you get the feeling you’re intruding on their personal space and time by being there. They didn’t say or do anything wrong, but they didn’t say or do anything right either. It’s all very robotic feeling, although I imagine robots could at least pretend to not be miserable about being there. Never once did anyone even attempt to apologize that my food was awful, and in fact they charged me more money to replace the shrimp sauce that I had put on my first meal in an attempt to salvage it. Never did anyone greet me when I walked in or thank me when I paid or walked out.
Do yourself a favor and drive past this place and right on down to the other hibachi place a few miles away. It can’t possibly be any worse

Horrible service the lady on the phone was so rude. She hung up on me mid order. I could hardly get a hold of anyone if I could give zero stars I would. In terms of service horrible. That girl dont need to be answering the phone. She is so rude.
