He is friendly and professional. He is a Deaf delivery driver and always delivers fast and on time—never late, even during late hours (10:00 PM–12:00 AM).
I really appreciate that he let us know he is Deaf and greeted us with a smile and sign language to say “thank you.” I loved it!

Horrible. It has gone down hill. Prices have climbed and service is awful. They no longer label your pizzas, had to go around the drive through a second time to get the rest of my order. The lady at the window was rude. Charged 10.99 for this pizza. $3.00 of that was a surcharge for a second topping of chicken and 3 slices of pizza didn’t even have chicken. There was literally 11 small pieces of chicken on the pizza. Ridiculous. Don’t even get me started on the $8.00 cheese dip that barely covers the bottom of the container and is burnt black around the edges. My whole order was just over $30. Ever since this area has changed ownership you are better off spending money somewhere else. Anywhere else. Better yet hold on to your money.

I came in yesterday and I ordered a pizza the night manager was short with Brunette hair with maroon hair streak and freckles above beyond service my food was excellent cooked perfectly I had every topping perfect proportions, even small conversation 10/10 recommend asking for or coming to her shift. However I couldn’t seem to notice she was doing most of the work, along with help from her driver. It took her a minute to get to the window, possibly from answering phone and prepping at the same time. As a manager of my store I understand being understaffed, but when I came last Friday night It was completely over staffed with at least 4 make line prep and oven people plus drivers. I hope to see in the future more people or at least evenly distributed I know the stress of a rush all to well. Especially when your understaffed and that’s unacceptable

Today was the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location! When I first arrived I was told to wait another 15 minutes ok that’s fine! I waited while I was waiting another car pulled in behind me so I did the polite thing and pulled around so they could get their order. No big deal. I pulled to the window again and was told it would be another 15 minute wait! Instead of being considerate of my time Kiera(store associate) insisted on going back and forth about which associate told me 15 minutes to start with and she could just give me a refund! Money is not always the answer! I waited for 30 minutes for a pizza that should have been ready on my arrival! Her attitude made the interaction so much worse! To top it all off the pizza was over cooked!

This is the second time I have had a delivery from this location and there was something wrong with the order. The first time the manager fixed the issue and had the item redelivered. The second time I could not reach no one at the store. I received a old salad lettuce was completely brown. And one of my pizzas look like a pizza bowl. All the toppings were in the center of the pizza. I even filed a complaint with customer support still no response back to this day. I would not recommend this location at all.

I placed a delivery order on Saturday night and was later told it could not be delivered because the driver’s tires were bad and because it was “snowing.” The roads were not icy, and there was little to no snow at the time. This excuse made no sense. Very disappointed with this experience.

So we ordered 2 med pizzas and 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches. The meat from both sandwiches combined wasn’t even enough for 1 sandwich. I wouldn’t be so bothered if we had been made aware when we placed the online order or even when I came to pick it up and they hadn’t even been started making it yet. The girl that told me she would expedite my order seeing how it had been almost an hour since we placed the order could’ve mentioned it or offered to make a different sandwich. Instead of passing these meatless sandwiches off to us. We paid over $30 dollars for our order and got $15 worth of food. I was an assistant manager at dominos and this is just BAD service and product. The franchisee or corporate needs to address the service at the Meridianville Alabama location. We will not be back. I’d rather give my money to Little Caesars and drive all the way to Huntsville to get it.

Who makes a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and doesn’t put a drop of ranch on it? Food got here cold, and there was hardly any meat or cheese on the sandwiches. Not a drop of ranch on either one. I tried to call them to get this fixed, but they had me on hold for twenty minutes. To top it off, the garlic twists came in giant balls, not normal twists. Here’s some pictures.
They would not answer the phone, and the app just offered a small discount for the next order. I don’t want a discount on another botched order. I want this fixed. Dinner is now, not two weeks from now.
Oh, to add. I gave the driver a 20% tip on checkout and STILL got cold food.

Shout out to the crew that was working on March 30th around 7 pm! They are doing their job really great and will help this business to keep succeeding! My mom was very upset at me that she couldn’t get buffalo chicken pizza since there was no grilled chicken left but a young gentlemen advised that he could add fried chicken Instead which was a relief from my mom lol.
