I’m really disappointed with my order from Wingstop. The chicken was so greasy that the bottom of my tray was literally swimming in grease. It looked like the food had just been pulled out of oil and tossed in the box. The quality was terrible, and it honestly made me lose my appetite. Wingstop needs to do way better this was unacceptable.

This was my first visit to Wingstop. I had the bone in Spicy Korean and they were delicious. The fries were a little under cooked but they were tasty. It was busy so maybe they rushed a bit to get the fries out. The ranch dressing is also delicious. The staff was very pleasant and courteous. I will certainly be back. I would recommend placing your order ahead of time.

The manager Jose was being super rude and was not helpful at all. What a horrible experience, does not deserve his job. Was on a power trip the whole time and honestly ruined my night. The employees were sweethearts and helped me out but Jose was just super unprofessional and overall made this a 1 star experience. Will not return until he’s fired!!

I placed an online order for 150 wings. My husband went and picked it up and they only gave us 6 containers and we were missing 40 wings and the large dressings that I paid for. I immediately called and sent my husband back to this location to tell them they messed up the order. The manager accused us of lying because he packed our orders and there were 8 boxes in 2 bags. Well that is not possible as 4 boxes do not fit into their bags. He said he wasn’t going to correct it because he knew what he did and he gave us all the wings. He said to return the food so he could see how many boxes were in the bags. I told him if I bring them back I want a full refund and he can keep his wings and I’ll take my business elsewhere. He gave us the 40 wings but not the dressing. I am a regular customer at this location and I’m sad to say I won’t be anymore. The wings he made up for us were tiny pieces of chicken. I have never seen so small of pieces served from them.

It has been a while since I’ve been to Wingstop and I’ve previously been to this location . I went in today to try the new Chicken Filet Sandwich . I received a $3 coupon in my email , so I was happy to give it a try after seeing the ads on TV . Well when I went to enter the Promo Code , it didn’t work . Well , I read the email again and it’s only good for delivery ! You want people to try a new product , then the coupon should be good for Dine In and Take Out also . I want my food hot and fresh , so I never use delivery .
Anyway , I got the combo to take home . I got the Bayou Bbq Chicken Filet Sandwich . They have 11 sauces and I usually get Traditional Wings and usually like them . Although the last time I got them here they were really dry , so I haven’t been back since . Also $1 plus a Traditional Wing is a little high . They do specials for the Boneless at 70 cents each , but I don’t want chicken nuggets , I want bone In wings .
I was really disappointed in the sandwich . The filet looked good and the sauce was great , but the filet was thin and not juicy at all ! It was wider than the bun , but you could barely taste the chicken . Of course on TV it looked like a fat filet like other places . The sauce was perfect , but all I tasted was breading . The Seasoned Fries were okay and I got a lot for my order . I got a Mello Yellow from the Coke Freestyle machine . I just feel I again had a bad experience at Wingstop . I like the sauces better than BWW , but the food is a let down .

I haven’t been to a wing stop in a while. I walked in got welcomed and they took my order. The front employee named Daniel was really professional and personable and was patient. Food was really good. I’ll be back.

Ordered extra crispy mix and match chicken for carryout. The chicken was not extra well done, nor were they really coated in the flavor we selected (all 1flavor, not complicated). The fries were burnt and had an old flavor and texture, rubbery. To me and my coworkers surprise, we also found a literal bird feather in the chicken. Immediately lost our appetite and couldn’t finish the meal. We were at work so we couldn’t go back and handle the situation, so we agreed we would take the L but never go back to this location. Could not escape a review for this one!

I ordered my food through Uber eats and when it came time to pick up my food I knew my order was wrong. When I went back inside they insisted my order was correct and that I ordered wrong . I simply took it as if I did make a mistake but when I got home and matched the receipt everything was completely wrong as I humbly stated and apologies for . I know everyone isn’t a blue cheese fan but it’s my favorite lol and now I’m stuck with ranch from someone else’s order I again said was wrong. But hey what can you do 🙂
