I was very disappointed in my experience. The website says that there is a pick up window, but there is not. You park your car and block traffic in an already crowded parking lot while you sit there with your flashers on. The employee who gave me my order was not wearing any type of uniform or clothing to identify that they worked for Domino’s. My order was made incorrectly, and it would have impacted one of my children’s allergies. When I informed the staff, there was no apology, but I was told that they would remake the pizza. While I waited, two staff talked about their peronal lives, and used an excessive amount of profanity that all customers could hear. When my replacement pizza came out of the oven, the person cutting it up loudly said, “that’s disgusting” as they boxed it up. I don’t need your critique of my order. When the pizza was handed to me there was not a refund, apology, or even an offer to keep the incorrect pizza. It seemed like being a customer here was an incovenience to the employees.

Not good. Don’t order from here. The pizza was poorly made with little to no sauce and toppings were scarce. It was also cold because we waited over an hour for delivery when the store is only a few minutes away. We finally called for an update and they said they thought it was a carry out even though we gave them an address for delivery. What a waste of time and money.

Ordered delivery over the phone, gave them the address and I was sat waiting over an hour, gave them a call to get an update and they put my order down as a carry out even when I gave them an address. Crazy part too when they finally delivered an hour and a half later they forget the 2 liter I ordered. This place is buns bro. Get delivery else where. Food cold and I’m mad as hell with no bev.

This is just happened. I was planning to order to carry out. Calling from Odessa ( as far as music hall mall). Someone put me in hold, I drove all the way to the store and they were just talking to each other and I was still on hold at this point .
My idea was to order in advance to do not wait. So you should modify the new way to put on hold customer or encourage the employee to be aware of the calls..

I’m a loyal customer and very happy with the food but today it’s been one of the day we’re none of this pizza places including the one at faudree rd. Aren’t giving a good service.

This dominos is my favorite. Whether I have delivered or we pick up it’s always spot on. They are always so kind & cheerful when you go in. They make everyone feel seen and welcomed. When delivered it’s usually on time & hot. I’ve never had any issues and we order a LOT! I appreciate this location! Thank you guys
