I ordered pizza,wings and a drink from here and when it got delivered all I got was just the pizza and wings.When I called the store no one picked up the phone.I was just wanting a refund for my drink I ordered.I will never order from this pizza hut ever again!Worst customer service I have ever experienced.I will tell everyone I know not to come to this Pizza Hut.Also the food was cold when I received it.I have never dealt with this kind of service in my life.This place needs to do better if not they going to have no customers.

Probably will be the last time ordering pizza from this establishment. Tell me how I placed my order for buffalo chicken pizza and asked for extra buffalo sauce and somehow they forgot to put ANY sauce on the pizza? Shows the work ethic they have etc. I was told I could come pick up a new pizza but I live 10-15 minutes from this specific one. I said no due to it being so late. I was then told they could give me credit on the app, which I proceeded to decline because papa John’s and even little Caesar’s is better than this place. I wanted a refund and was told the general manager would be in tomorrow night to call them then because they were the only ones who could provide a refund. We will see how this plays out I’ve seen the other reviews and won’t hesitate to call corporate due to a pour managed location.

This was the first time I have ordered from this location and it was terrible. The customer service was good so that’s why I gave 2 stars. Pictures are from the day after but it doesn’t look much different from when it was fresh. The chicken pizza was supposed to be stuffed crust but definitely was not. Only eaten because out of town guest had to rush out for a flight and this was it for food consumption.

On 09/10/25, I visited the Pizza Hut located at 323 West Rd., Ocoee and placed an order for two pepperoni pizzas and cheese sticks. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable from start to finish.
When I arrived to pick up my order, I was given breadsticks instead of cheese sticks. I requested that the entire order be remade since the pizzas would be cold by the time the correct item was prepared. After resistance from the staff and the on-duty manager, they finally agreed to redo the order.
However, instead of remaking the full order as promised, they only remade one pizza and gave me the other pizza from the original (already cold) . To make matters worse, the new order still came out wrong — I received one pepperoni pizza and one plain cheese pizza instead of two pepperoni pizzas.
When I requested a refund, the manager “Kenzi” I think is her name initially refused, telling me I would need to return the next day to speak with another manager or the general manager. This was completely unreasonable, as I had already paid, waited twice, and never received the correct food. Only after I insisted and asked her to escalate the issue did she make several calls and eventually process the refund.
While I did receive my money back, the way this situation was handled reflected poor customer service, a lack of accountability, and ineffective management. Customers should be aware of the ongoing issues at this location. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this Pizza Hut and will not be returning.

I’ve ordered from here numerous times and have been very pleased although last night something was missing. First my order was correct and the lady helping me was very nice. Now the bad part. The hand tossed seemed like thin. I’d hate to see what the thin was. Also not much sauce. However I’m completely disappointed in the boneless wings. After being disappointed in Little Cesar’s wing size we opted to try Pizza Hut as I just knew they were good. It’s been a while but my memory isn’t bad and those wings used to be way bigger to fill a bowl even an 8 count . They could have saved the bowl and put in a tiny Tupperware for the size they were. If I knew the size then I would not have ordered. I’d say chicken nuggets are bigger and cheaper but if you want popcorn chicken that are $1 each then buy these. They didn’t even fill the bottom of the container. The sauce was good but I would have been so embarrassed if I worked there and sent them out the door that way. I know it’s not this locations fault as that is what the supplier gives but dang. It reflects on this location now. So now I can’t order pizza from my go to places anymore because my husband only likes pizza with wings. I told him I’ll buy a bag from the store and get way more for the same price. Where is quality control? I added a photo…my husband snuck one before I took a picture. You’ve been warned! I’d give 3.5 stars if I could but I rounded down sadly.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited 30 minutes for 6 personal pizzas. Cashier decided to count her drawer in the middle of dinner rush, ignoring others. Then after helping multiple people out she came to the front, got a soda and went on break. Finally I stepped back up and the GM came to the register. My food had been sitting in the hot box the entire time I was waiting. Luke warm, stale pizza. Avoid this location.

I placed an order this evening for two thin crust pepperoni pizzas. My order arrived incorrectly. I received two cheese only pies. I called the store to inform them of the error. My youngest son is Autistic and won’t eat pizza without pepperoni. It was serious meltdown mode in my home with dinner delayed as well. The manager stated that they would deliver the order correctly within 30 to 40 minutes but I have to give them back the two cheese pizzas. I was a bit taken aback given the whole COVID situation. The only reason I can assume the manager demanded the incorrect order to be returned (very unsanitary) is that they assume I was lying. How incredibly insulting! I have my order receipt and photos of the incorrect pies as proof. Not a problem, I pulled the cheese pie out of the garbage can and will return it for the correct one. Never mind the hassle, extreme inconvenience and insult. This store has FOREVER lost my business!!!! Horrible customer service.

STAY AWAY!!! STOP!!! Horrible service. Sierra regional manager of 8 stores? Needs to be fired. Complete disrespect. After coming to deal with an issue instead of listening attentively she decided it was more important to close the safe then rudely ended the conversation. This store cancels pizzas close to closing, I have had up to 4 problems yet I keep giving them a chance. Any store managed like this probably lacks elsewhere such as cleanliness or roaches. Worst Pizza Hut in Orlando. Find a different one. Also PLEASE hire qualified regional managers and team leaders. Since leadership is absent from this store. STAY AWAY
