I was excited for some Popeyes fried chicken, but halfway through my spicy tender, I pulled out a long human hair baked right into the breading. Totally grossed me out and ruined my appetite.
To make matters worse, I emailed customer support three separate times with photos and details of the incident, and I’ve gotten zero human response.
Threw the whole meal away and lost my taste for Popeyes. Won’t be back anytime soon. Do better Popeyes.

Y’all needa stop being so picky this place got the best chicken sandwiches and it’s not even that expensive at all. They are new give em a break. Food was perfect, only issue I had was the speaker was quiet on their side. Go support this new business and stop being so prissy.

They’re busy and working some kinks out being new to town and all. But I gotta be real the fried chicken is great. While other images depict poor quality chicken mine all three times has been crispy and juicy.
Prices are a little high, but not insane.
Overall, I feel this place deserves higher than a 2 star average.

My wife stopped tonight 12/23/25 and got two spicy chicken sandwich combos. Imagine my surprise when I bit into mine and they literally put a thigh with bones and all on a bun. So, when I bit into mine I crunched into bones and damn near choked. Of course no one to answer a phone though.

Won’t be going back here. The first time I went, food was fine (although expensive). Every other time I’ve gone food has tasted terrible and/or my order has been wrong or missing things. With how expensive this place is, the quality of their food is ridiculous.

So the food is good when you can get it on time. After ordering online for a 7pm pick up ording at 630pm, so ample amount of time, they one seem to have lost my order then while I am waiting dont even apologize or anything. This all take 30 or so minutes longer than when it was supposed to be so not happy with the service. Hopefully they will get better and I can change the review.
Update just got home: so not only did they take forever but they messed up the sandwich, swapping a regular chicken patty for a spicy and vice versa, having spicy mayo but a regular patty and regular mayo with a spicy patty. Also just to top it off they gave me ice when I asked for nun and didn’t even give me a spoon for my potatoes. Not the best service tonight.

Really good chicken, it was hot and crispy and the batter was on point son. Addison took my order in the drive through and did a superb job, got my chicken fast so good job all together.
