Sophia was our server on 7/30/25 around 3:30 PM, and she was an absolute joy! She went out of her way to make our kids feel special, and her kind, caring attitude truly turned our day around after a disappointing experience at Eskpades. I understand both spots may be under the same management, and that’s fine—my previous review was simply to bring attention to how guests were being treated there.
This review, however, is to highlight the stellar service we received from Sophia at Doks. She completely redeemed our experience at Club Wyndham. The food was great, the drinks were even better, and the overall atmosphere has kept us coming back daily since Friday the 25th. They even bring food and drinks right to the pool!
Sophia’s service stood out so much that we felt compelled to write this. She’s a true asset to your team—thank you, Sophia!

Great food. Had the wrap and fries. The pina cola seemed to come from a machine but was good. Service was great. Order was right and was checked on multiple times. Atmosphere was great. We got a great beach view table. Great shade when they open in the late morning and during lunch with the tall building blocking the sun. The sun might be bright in the afternoon so go early. I did not like the automatic 19% surcharge since better to let customers pick their own tip amount.

Great atmosphere. Service can be a little slow but they come to you poolside to take your orders. Food was pretty decent and the drinks were a little light on the alcohol.

Amazing pool bar. We were walking down the beach looking for somewhere to have dinner and watch the sunset. This place turned out to be perfect staff was wonderful and the food was excellent and the patio was high enough to not obstruct your view of the beach and the sunset. Prices werent bad either.

Poolside bar at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach. Serving Craft Beers, cocktails and wines next to the pool. There’s a small menu (small plates, pizzas, sandwiches) all of which are really tasty. It’s mostly in the shade so is a nice place to hang out when the sun is getting a little hot by the pool with views of the sea and pier 60.

Ordered the grouper sandwich thinking it would be a healthier option. To my surprise it was about 6 to 8 small pieces of fried grouper. Also the side is a big stack of fries with no option of substitution other than chips. For the hefty price of $23, I truly expect something better.
Be AWARE there is forced gratuity of 19%. On top of that, they still overcharged me! For a grilled cheese and grouper sandwich it ended up costing $44 and that is with the hotel discount of 10%. There is a restaurant just steps away that serves better quality.
If you order to take out, be ready for a long wait. It took 30 minutes plus to get my order.
