I waited for more than an hour just for 2 regular cheese pizzas. when I asked the girl how long it took to get the pizza she said she forgot she put them on the counter. She gave me my pizzas cold and dry . And we noticed the second one was really burned !!! We throw them away at home they were impossible to eat . we heated them up but still hard to eat. so disappointed!!! I’m normally come to this location but after this never again!!

Today is 1/15/26 and I just picked up dinner at 7:58 pm… The man making the pizza was working as fast as possible but still being completely professional and polite. My kid loves the pizza here and we will be back.

First time to have one of these in the early afternoon…. glad I decided to order out from this location.
Probably had the best pizza I’ve ever had from Lil Caesars.
Ordering was super simple.
The wait was within the time defined.
Pizza looked good and also tasted good.
I don’t believe the picture does it much justice however the missing slices reveal what happened before a picture could be snapped.
I will consider ordering from here next time I consider ordering out form pizza.

Girl at the front was super rude and had no customer skills what so ever, she seemed like she hated her job. The pizza slices were cut horribly! I asked for Parmesan and peppers and she just said we don’t have any and walked off.. this place used to be great but has since downgraded badly!

Ordered two garlic Parmesan wings and asked for very little sauce and like no sauce sitting in bottom of container. When they made them they were drowning in sauce and when I mentioned I order very lite sauce they offered to remake them. When I got to work and went to eat both orders were buffalo wings. Which were to hot to eat for me.

20 mins til and they still serve you, that’s awesome! Great service and Great food! I felt bad for coming in right before close but they actually were polite and cool. A lot of FFR’s or any food service place would say no we’re about to close but they were nice and cool. Definitely brings a great vibe and awesome touch to Little Caesars The best pizza parlor. These location really needs help, there has never been a day I stop here and be able to say I got great customer service, these people are always upset and with long faces, they don’t greed you, they don’t smile, they don’t even look at you when you order, you can definitely tell employees are unhappy, poor people they seem miserable, BUT it’s not our fault, it’s they job and they should not take it out on the customers

I posted a pic, a negative review from a negative experience & a rep reached out. After the fact, Chris made it right for me when the pizza was burnt. Nonetheless, there is always a quality control issue here no matter when I come to this location. This time, they offered to remake which is why I gave them an extra star. First time it was burnt/smashed & round, this time it was just smashed. I most likely will just stick to Dominos from here on out.
