Yes lol, I’m fully aware this is probably the fifth review I’ve written for this location and yes, they’re completely intentional. Not incentivized in any way, just my honest opinions and experiences.
The team members at this Qdoba have changed fairly often since the location opened, but every single time we visit, the hospitality is consistently amazing. I would genuinely choose this Qdoba over 90% of the restaurants in Old Town, even fine dining or not, purely based on how lovely the workers are here every time. It might sound silly to phrase it that way, but in a world where people aren’t always welcoming or kind anymore, this team truly is. And the best part is, it never feels forced or like “part of the job” — they seem genuinely happy to have you there.
Tonight (12/16), Patrick and the two other team members working were absolutely outstanding. Patrick is incredibly outgoing and personable while still being extremely efficient at his job. He managed to be engaging, talkative, and attentive without missing a beat. The other two team members (whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch) had great senses of humor and were just as efficient and pleasant to interact with.
Patrick truly went above and beyond — from turning on the fire outside to recommending the best seating for warmth and comfort. If I could rate him alone, it would be a 12/10.
We already love this location, and tonight just proved why all over again.

It is true that QDOBA serves excellent food. I tried the Steak Lime Habanero, and it is delicious! Place is very clean and there is plenty of space to sit indoors and outdoors. I highly recommend this restaurant. It is very chill and has great employees.

I’ve been eager to visit this restaurant for a while now, and really glad to finally try it out. The outside patio dining area is a really nice experience. Calm & peaceful. I had the chicken & rice bowl, and it was truly delicious. I will definitely be coming back again very soon.

I had a really great experience at the Qdoba Mexican Eats next to the Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale. Patrick went above and beyond with customer service. Truly A+ treatment. He was friendly, welcoming, and made both me and my friend feel right at home. He helped me figure out the app when I was struggling with it.
Also, my phone was almost dead and I couldn’t find an outlet. I was complaining to my friend about this, and Patrick overheard me saying this and offered to let us sit in their back seating area that was blocked off so I could charge my phone. That meant a lot and felt like VIP service. Especially because where we were sitting overlooked the Mercedes-Benz dealership right next door.
All in all, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the staff made the visit memorable. This will definitely be my first-choice location whenever I’m in the area.

Patrick and Liam were amazing and made just grabbing lunch a great experience. I love Qdoba’s food, but the excellent customer experience made me love them even more. Will definitely be coming back every chance I get!

Stopped in after visiting the train park. Honestly better than it has any right to be. Incredibly kind staff, and great patio with a roaring fire. The food was on par with Cafe Rio at its best, but was somehow better.

Absolutely fantastic experience at QDOBA! Patrick, Mikaela, Tyler, and Juan were all incredibly friendly and welcoming—they really made the visit enjoyable. The team worked efficiently, had great attitudes, and made sure everything was done just right. My food turned out great and tasted amazing. Customer service like this keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Last time I was at a Qdoba was in the Midwest like 25 years ago. Wanted to come to this as they opened one close to me. Not disappointed to say the queso is as good as I remember! Although the food was great I’m really writing this review for the burrito builder Patrick. Dude was very friendly, energetic, and kind. It’s easy to come to a job and do the bare minimum but Patrick goes above and beyond and you can tell he has fun with it. You got a gold mine with him on your team and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

I went in on January 23rd and I must say the vibes In the restaurant were phenomenal! The two managers that were working in the front line were funny, energetic, welcoming, and everything I Look for when coming in to a restaurant! Oh, and the food? Freaking amazing that cook definitely knows how to handle his steak because wow! I will definitely be back.
