For the price, this is a solid buffet with a good selection of tasty foods, and the service here was great. I went for lunch and the person at the counter was very friendly. The pizza surpassed my expectations. Half a dozen types to choose from, and you can request others. The bone-in and boneless wings were great.

I filled up too quickly to try the fried chicken, but it looked delicious. I’ll give it a whirl next time. They had fries, biscuits, salad bar, and a few other appetizers, but I’m a buffet pro and didn’t fill up on the appetite killers.

After crunching the price to value to quality equations, I give it a 5 star. I’ll definitely be back here, and to any other Pizza Ranch.

Staff was friendly and quick to serve, as well as answered any questions. Easy to setup a free membership with an app. I was there for the buffet. At least 8 different varieties of pizza, a salad bar with soup, fried chicken Ala carte, 2 drink stations with a good variety.

They have an arcade with a good variety of games. Rooms can be reserved for parties. Everything was clean and functional.

It was a busy night for customer appreciation night. The crew worked well together and kept up with a positive attitude, even worth the line out the door. Great job

Tried this place for the first time after hearing great things about. I wasn’t overly impressed as it was very basic and thought there would be more choices with the word “Ranch” in the name. There were no labels to know which each pizza was, unless it was super obvious like pepperoni. Tried the chicken strips which were so salty that they were on the cusp of being inedible, but the roasted chicken was okay. The ice cream machine was was very messy, I wasn’t about to get any potentially tainted ice cream out of it. I also did not see a whole lot of staff out and about to make sure the place was kept tidy and tables wiped down but there were a couple of large groups in the party rooms which may have been keeping them occupied.

We have been waiting to try the Pizza Ranch. My wife and I took our daughters for the first time. Come to find out there was a children’s deal for Tuesday which was nice. The food was okay reminded me of old country buffet with less options. Mainly served pepperoni pizza so more selection would have been nice. Chicken was probably the best part. The kid working at the arcade was patient with my children and did a good job.

The first thing I noticed was as we were paying was the option to tip on the payment screen. Tip what. I told you there’s two of us and you want me to tip you? Seems over the top.

Second thing was how many empty tables there were that were all dirty. Now I get if a bunch of people left simultaneously and the employees are just trying to catch up. But a bunch of these tables hadn’t been touched by the time we left. I also watched employees walk by these dirty tables (multiple times and also the same employees). So the atmosphere was just… dirty.

The food was great. When it was there. Twice when I went up there was no chicken (and I love their chicken). The pizza was in the same boat, the good pizza was out the majority of the time.

I’m glad I tried here, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I hope this helps. Cheers.

Came to this location and waited at the counter to be helped for over 5 min. Several employees wandered about and ignored us as we stood their waiting for someone to take out money. Several employees peeked their heads out from where the drive through window was and saw us there, but made no attempt to get anyone or come help. When the woman finally came to the register there was no “sorry for the wait”; just “what do need?” “How many?” “Your total is…”

There were only two people seated inside when we arrived. The pizza buffet from the start looked bad. Half pizzas with some that had different pizzas mixed together on one pan looked like they’d been there for a very long time. None of the pizzas were marked which resulted in not only our family but another behind us serving children spicy chicken pizza. The other family’s child broke down in tears crying about how spicy it was. Adding pizzas to the buffet was slow going.

Every single table in that restaurant was filthy dirty. Dishes stacked on every single one. Totally unacceptable considering there were only 2 guests there and at least 6 employees who ignored us when we first got there. Employees walked by them several times and did nothing to remove them. It wasn’t until more guests began to arrive that they began to clean the tables. Not once did anyone come and remove our plates while we were there.

Not worth the almost $40 spent for 2 adults. Rude and poor customer service. In fact, we went to ask for our money back and we couldn’t find anyone.

For the price (ESPECIALLY for the price for kids), this is a great place to go as a family. Everyone can get what they want, the food is decent to good (not particularly GREAT, but we’re talking about a pizza buffet, not a Michelin star restaurant), we’ve gone probably a dozen times this year. We’ve never had to wait to pay, staff walks around regularly to collect plates, the buffet is replenished regularly, and we’ve never had a bad experience with the food or staff. The games are really fun and the prizes seem appropriately priced. Fairly recently a few of the games increased in cost, so that’s a shame, and it seems like the game room has recently gotten louder. I’m not sure if there’s a volume control on the games, but if they could all be turned down one notch, it would make the game room considerably more enjoyable. Either way… We’ll be back!

The service was amazing! We were greeted when we walked in and asked if we wanted any special pizza made. At that point we said no because it was our 1st time and wanted to see the options. We found a booth and went on the the buffet which to be honest the salad bar was the most appealing, which I’m not a salad person so that says a lot. The hot items looked like they were sitting under the warmers for some time. The pizza was dry as was the chicken. Nothing was labeled except for the condiments which was because it was on the packet already. For my 1st time I’m not positive I would come back again for the price we paid.
