Eric at Dairy Queen deserves all five stars! He has made every single one of my kids’ birthday cakes absolutely perfect. The designs are always spot-on, the cakes taste amazing, and he never misses a detail.
On top of that, he’s consistently polite, patient, and genuinely kind every time we stop in. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. Thank you, Eric, for making our celebrations extra special year after year!

Absolutely disgusted. Manager check your camera at 5:55pm to 6:00 pm on November 5th. You will watch one of your employees eat off of my blizzard and then lie to me that it didn’t happen. I had them make me a new one at that point the same employee decided to gesture as if she would throw it out the window at me. They seem to think people can’t see through the reflective glass at night. They lost a 6 year customer tonight.

It never fails every time I bring my child here the staff are rude. When we ask questions about the items on your menu you guys are very condensing and sarcastic about it. If you don’t like your job, quit.

I wish I could give them a 1/2 star. My husband and I ordered blizzards and within 20 minutes after eating them we were horribly sick. I called the store and spoke to the manager Grace, if she really was the manager, she denied that anything could be wrong, she claimed that the soft serve was not ice cream and that it was melted because it was so hot outside, it’s 70 degrees outside. She acted like I was bothering her. I would not recommend eating at this DQ to anyone!!!!

I have had nothing but great experiences at this establishment! I’ve ordered using the app, using coupons, in-store, drive-thru, all excellent. The staff are always friendly and the orders are done in a reasonable amount of time. Will continue choose this DQ over most other places in the area!
