Walked in nobody greeted us, had to wait for someone to come to the counter to take our order. The tables were filthy, good thing I had my own Clorox wipes to wipe it down never again! Just because you’re in the hood doesn’t mean you have to have crappy customer service or dirty tables. The worst restaurant this chain has!!

I had been craving these burgers for months… today I decided to drive over during my lunch hour to finally enjoy this flavorful burger. I ordered to go so I could drive back to my job and eat it with no rush of being late back for work. I start eating my burger… I was starving all day that I was just eating without checking first. It wasn’t until I was half way through with my burger that I realized that my burger was missing the diced seasoned onions. I am extremely upset and mad because I went there because of the onions on these burgers and I couldn’t satisfy my craving. It’s not the first time they forget something. Last time they forgot my onion rings and when I went back they didn’t believe me and made me feel uncomfortable like I was trying to fool them to get extra food. I am not trying to scam. I love The Habit but if I’m not gonna get what I’m paying for, then I rather not order from here ever again. Employees probably don’t care but they should be grateful we buy and pay to keep the business going and be able to get paid.

So I ordered two cheeseburgers paying online delivery. They send me this bs and when I called the automated answering machine give me the runaround before I got to somebody to talk to and he told me to go through the door dash it’s not their problem. Y’all made the food though.

A decent quick burger joint. I had the basic char burger which was good, not great. But compared to other chains it was reasonable and the a’lacart menu is handy.

I’ve eaten here a couple times and I was surprised when the new Santa Barbara Cobb Salad knocked my socks off. I’m a fan of salads, but the mix of veggies along with the dressing and especially the grilled chicken – it was a bullseye suddenly in a boring day.
I recently tried the Charburger with cheese and, for the price, it definitely punches above it’s weight. I think next time I’ll split the burger so I can attack it later and eat the fries first!
I wasn’t excited about the layout of the seating and layout, but I really liked that they had options.

Had two burgers, one drink and Tempura Beans, green. Have a condiment bar that had several kinds of peppers and Tabasco sauce among other things. Surprised me. Really liked that. Fast, friendly service. Large, clean dining area

My husband and I recently discovered this place, and this was our second visit. The burgers are delicious, the place is clean, and the service is good. I think it needs more publicity because many people, including me, don’t know about this restaurant. We loved it and recommend it.

Customer service needs alot of work. There’s nothing welcoming about the cashier just standing with a blank stare. When asked about the menu and options we were met with silence. May not be her fault maybe the training here is lacking. Food was your average burger joint nothing special for the price definitely lookin for the mom and pop charbroiler next time.

What a waste of money. Ordered the double char burger. Totally no flavor. That’s TWO pieces of hamburger on top of each other and NO FLAVOR! And they even smothered it in some kind of white sauce! For the eight bucks spent, I could have wasted it at BK or Jack and gotten some flavor. Don’t waste your money on the burgers. This chain has gone down hill.
