Went to the OdySea Aquarium & Museum of Illusion. After having fun for a few hours definitely worked up an appetite. Johnny Rockets is always a great choice for a nice meal. This was the first time I’ve been to this particular location. Our server was great! Food as tasty as ever. Totally enjoyed our trip to this Johnny Rockets. Definitely recommend this location! Great service, food fresh & hot! Atmosphere was relaxing, quite & peaceful.

I came to this location with a friend of mine, and it was an absolute blast! I am not 100% sure if I remember the servers name, but I think it was Erick or something, but he went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I had everything we needed, and answered all of the questions I had about some items on the menu.

I’m going to find it difficult to give accurate stars on this one. At the time of posting this it’s going to be only a service based review. My 3 star overall review is due to the fact that there can be significant improvements here ti make the experience better. Coming in the place wasn’t I very busy at least not from what can be seen inside or out. Now to no fault of the individuals working, they had a wait at the door and intentionally were making people wait 5-10 mins before seating them regardless of how many tables were open. While it seems frustrating I can only blame management. This place is heavily understaffed for what it is and for the amount of people that come through here.

Good sandwiches & burgers. We didn’t have any shakes but they are always a favorite. Wait staff was busy but attentive. Like most places it looked like they could use more help. Great location.

We left Odysea and wanted something to eat. Luckily this was still open while so many other places were closed! You’d think food places would stay open later because families were looking for food later than us and turned away. Anyway, sat down and ordered hot dogs and fries. Toasted buns on the hot dogs were nice. Plus we liked how the dog itself was cut. Helped cool it down quickly for our son. Fries were fresh and crunchy without too much salt. Just right. Vanilla and banana shakes were great. Fast friendly service. Just needs to stay open 30 minutes later than Odysea. 😉

We just had the best service we’ve had in a LONG time. We stopped in for milkshakes with the kids, and Brian was amazing and made it a great experience with awesome customer service! And the shakes were delicious.
