I got the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket sub and it was phenomenal! Solid 9.5/10, only wish the bread was a little more toasty and crunchy but it’s packed with amazing flavors, the fries were a good 8.6/10 with their special sauce, but an 7.8/10 without it. I feel like their fries could have used a little more salt however their crispiness, color and airiness pulled it all together. The atmosphere was hearty, welcoming and cool! Their staff was friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Only wish their bathrooms weren’t single use, as there’s typically a line waiting. Overall experience was a 9/10, highly recommend and will be coming back again!

Couldn’t take a card as payment, cash only. Out of several items. Smoked filled dinning area. My sandwich should have been hot, it was cold. My first time at a firehouse subs. Not good.
