We had a card coupon for a year of buy a large pizza get one free at Dominos. The last time we used it, we discovered later the associate who had taken it didn’t use the coupon like we had wanted them to. I went back two weeks later after seeing the amount charged to my card and talked with a different associate, Tabitha. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She asked how I would want this handled and I said either a refund for that second pizza we had paid for or a free pizza in the future. She was very methodical and went through my past order and asked which pizza I wanted a coupon for to be redeemed. She was professional and represented Dominos well. I will return for my coupon pizza to this Dominos and many other times after to come. Would recommend based off of how well I was treated.

Pizza had too many bubbles. Chicken was super dry. Garlic twists were the only plus.
Also, hadn’t tried Domino’s in probably 10yrs, but someone gave me a $20 gift card. So, at least I didn’t waste my money. Going back to Pizza Hut!

Up until the last two online orders myself and fiance have made we never had any issues with ordering, service or the food but these last two times I was absolutely in disbelief at the service and food. We have decided since the manger was so disrespectful and just down right unpleasant we will be finding a new place to order pizza for Friday family night the pizza in the pictures were about the same thickness as a gold dollar but we’re supposed to be hand tossed they were also chewy like a gummy

Ordered online and they were quick! Sadly, they got my order wrong. I ordered 1 Philly cheese sandwich and 1 chicken habenero sandwich and I got 2 philly cheese sandwiches. This isn’t the first time they’ve got my order wrong.

We’ve used this Dominos multiple times now, delivery, carryout, and pickup at window, I can definitely say this location does a good job with service and try’s to make their pizzas even better every time, everyone messes up, but even when they have they’ve replaced it or refunded, keep up the good work in T-Town and keep on cookin

I have had a generally pleasant experience in purchasing pizzas from this Domino’s in the past. My issue now is that we have made requests that are due to people’s dining restrictions and taste and these requests have not been honored. It’s very hard to tell someone we will be getting them pizza if we can’t guarantee the changes that were made on the app.
