This Ashley is way better than the one in New Haven (close to Yale). Taste wise it was good. The place is clean. But still have a poor service. Not a single smile. Like in the other branch, people don’t seem to be happy to work here and we still have to tip. Could have been better.

Stopped in tonight and the ice cream was amazing as always. The employee who helped us was incredible – she gave me a sample of the bittersweet chocolate ice cream which is now my new favorite flavor, she was so sweet! In my case, it’s not everyday a teenager is friendly to customers but the employee who helped us was absolutely phenomenal and I will be back to this location specifically for her! Thanks for making incredible ice cream and hiring wonderful employees!

Pictured is the Brownie Sundae with Cookie Batter ice cream. Just a mediocre Sundae. I hate to say it but the best part was the homemade whipped cream. Cookie Batter flavor is a little deceiving, all it is is cookie dough ice cream. I thought it was going to be different than that. It wasn’t.

Ordered a sundae and it didn’t even come with whipped cream or a cherry. Kicker is they skimped out on the toppings and the kid just poured a glob of hot fudge on top, spilling over, and handed it to me with it all over the cup!! and Girl with the pink hair openly talking down on a prior customer and her child right in front of us. First time trying and will never be back.

Great place to get ice cream always Clean and good service. My kids love this store with all the artwork on the walls the staff is super friendly and they know how to talk to young kids. Convenient location right in front of the branford green. Good quality ice cream and very competitive prices.

Good ice cream! I was recommended this spot and told it was very creamy but found it to be a little icy. I tried the banana flavor with nilla wafers. A little pricey.

I come to Ashley’s a lot probably a few times a week and I would say never to come to Branford most miserable kids working in there and they don’t even make the orders right such a shame! Go to New Haven they have the most personable employees there whoever owns this should really take this into consideration you’ll lose a lot of customers soon.
