It is Absolutely delicious! Has been too long since I had the Ultimate Supreme. I didn’t rate atmosphere because I didn’t go in. There were 5 to 6 cars, in line, when I pulled in. Was just able to get off the side street. They were busier than usual tonight! Every ingredient is fresh & cooked to perfection. If you haven’t, try something from there, sometime. You won’t regret it, at least in my opinion!

If I give this place an F- I would. On November 26 I took my daughter to this franchise and ordered her the stuffed crazy bread and a pizza. The cashier was nice. After ordering I pulled from the window and opened the pizza box. There was a piece of cardboard soaked in oil on top of my daughter’s pizza. I then checked the stuffed crazy bread and all the cheese was melted out of the bread and one was rolled like spring with cheese coming out of it. I took the food backed to the drive through window. The cashier took the pizza and told her shift manager that I wanted another pizza because the one they sold me had cardboard in it. The shift manager said it’s only cardboard and asked what the problem was. She told the cashier to tell me that it’s only a piece of cardboard from the pizza box. I asked the cashier to give me my money back after hearing their discussion. The shift manager said they are not giving out refunds tonight. I told her that she was going to give me my refund because the pizza had cardboard in it. The shift manager told me several times that she was not going to give me a refund. I told told her I was going to call corporate because I was severely being mistreated over I nasty pizza with greasy cardboard in it. She proceeded to call someone on the phone and told them what was going on. I told them I was going to sit in drive thru until they gave me my money back. She explained to the person on the phone that it was just cardboard from the box. I asked the shift leader to eat the card board if it’s okay for a five year old to eat dangerous cardboard. This franchise is s not understanding that we as parents may buy our children food and hand it to them. It was 5:45pm so it was dark outside. Imagine if I would’ve given my daughter some pizza and she could’ve choked off the cardboard. My daughter loves Little Caesars. I prefer not to eat fast food. This franchise needs to examine their staff and the quality of food that leaves the restaurant. I have pictures of the pizza and the weird nasty looking stuffed crazy bread. This is unacceptable. Check your food at the drive thru window and take pictures. You’ve been warned. And yes, I was very nice considering the situation with my daughter watching everything. The shift leader gave me a receipt showing my money will go back to my account after all their foolery once she finished talking to someone on the phone about the incident.

I decided to give them another chance, they sure did blow it. Staff members walked all around me with nobody even acknowledging I was waiting to order.

My whole experience was HORRIBLE. I called first and Placed my order, and it still wasn’t right. The Mgr was Rude.The cashier in the Middle of helping me, Stopped ringing up my order & picked up the phone TWICE to place someone else’s order, instead of putting them on hold, while my food was getting Cold. They didn’t Honor(or help with the App issues)the Coupon on the App(2 one topping create your own round Pizza for $4.99). I called in Before making my order to find out if the Steak bits could be made with NO onions&was told Yes(I placed the order Over the Phone&was told they would help with the App issues at the store).I was only given 1 Pizza at $8.99&the 2 sets of bites Both had Onions(I’m Allergic).The Mgr.s name was Heather Antoine, I had to ask someone,because NONE of the Employees wear Name tags. I DON’T RECOMMEND this place…

I waited in line for 30 mins, it was busy so that was understandable. But when I got my pizza home and opened the box they left their pizza cutter inside the box on top of my pizza… Didn’t eat the pizza so waste of money! But now we have a pizza cutter I guess

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would!!! We’ve been sitting in the drive through line for over an hour… the car in front of me waited so long that their car died!! I just gave him a jump! Still third in line. No excuse for this. I only wish I were exaggerating. Won’t be coming back. So much for “hot and ready.”

I was having trouble ordering online. I finally just went to the store and talked to the lady working the register & window. She was very helpful. She placed my order and had it done in 7 minutes. She also brought the pizza out to me in my car. I thought it wouldve been a long wait time. I got excellent service. 10 GOLD STARS!
