I usually have a good experience at this Dunkin’, and the drinks are consistently well-made. The location is very convenient for me which I appreciate. However, the food has been disappointing. I’ve ordered the chicken biscuit twice, and both times my order was wrong. One time they added bacon even though I didn’t ask for it and don’t eat pork, and the most recent time they forgot the chicken entirely and gave me just a biscuit with cheese.

Overall, this establishment is better than many of the reviews suggest. It can become quite busy, which may lead to slower service at times, but when staff are able to assist, the customer service is friendly, attentive, and apologetic. The drinks are consistently accurate and flavorful, rating about a 9/10, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. While occasional mistakes with food or drinks do occur, they are minor and understandable. At the end of the day, the experience remains positive and well worth a visit.

if i could give a 0 ⭐️ i would… i ask for a cocoa mocha signature iced latte and they gave me the new promo “cloud latte” i told her i didnt ask for that, and she said i did, and i repeat myself.. so she took the drink.. pour into other cup and just add the whipped cream on top and the cocoa… this tastes more like milk… never coming back!!..

Im sorry but if someone paying for their food make it right as ordered. I ordered hot chai tea latte, it literally tasted like just steamed milk, no flavor. I told them to make turkey sausage egg and cheese (white) croissant, they put yellow cheese instead and the turkey meat tasted cold. This is very bad, somebody needs to train the worker properly.

Not the best dunkin the frozen drinks come out with ice chunks half the time and then ordering online they are out of stuff most of the time and won’t fairly compensate you. When ordering recently they were out of spider donuts which is wild in October since it is being advertised, I asked for three coffee rolls for inconvenience instead which online would’ve been 4.50 but she says in store they are 2.50 a piece which seems weird cause the prices auto chance on the app so i don’t know what’s going on I was frustrated and wasn’t the nicest towards the end cause they weren’t going to refund me or try to compensate fairly but this is two days they are out of things hours before end the first day was fine but the coffee rolls being 1.49 online should’ve been my price since I ordered online.

I’m not sure if the issue is negligence or just a lack of care, but this is my third order from this location since it opened, and it’s officially my last. My drinks keep showing up with a burnt, nasty taste, the add-ons I pay extra for are barely ever included, and this latest order was the final straw. The label clearly says “EXTRA,” not “ADD,” and the attached photo is the actual sandwich I paid EXTRA for — which makes it even more ridiculous. And honestly, it makes zero sense to charge extra for toppings that are already on a sandwich you literally sell. Just giving everyone a heads-up: this new location looks nice, but the quality and attention to detail are nowhere near acceptable.

This Dunkin location has the best iced and frozen coffee. I do understand that the first weeks are hard being a new location but the staff are very kind and respectful. I go here every week with my daughter before school and we will continue.

Wrong donuts given 2 out of 3 trips. Crew was sympathetic and informed the manager Rehanna. I was given her phone number and left voicemails that were not returned. I stopped to speak with her and was met with a level of indifference that I have ever encountered. No apology for not returning phone calls, no apologies for the mix up with my order or anything else. Just a blank “I could care less, why are you talking to me” look on her face. Needless to say, despite my pleasure with having this new location with its ease of access I will use another location.

Confirmed what is already happening and other reviews. This new store should be franchised to other people, it seems the often seen community taking these franchises in the area are affecting the brand and the quality; my observation from other similar experiences with this chain, same community, same lower level. Bad service, bad taste, quality and overall experience. Donuts served in the box were bitten and old, so they seem to recycle food to reduce waste. Don’t buy here. I regret buying here.
