There were only Philly steak and fries in the menu. People gave a really low rating in Google Maps, but the Great Steak tasted not bad with steak, cheese, and fresh vegetables. The soft bread was amazing. Unlimited sauce bags were available. The steak was bland. I added a lot of mayo to make it taste better. The price was okey and the size was good.

The service at the cashier was terrible. The person who served me spoke to me very rudely. She got annoyed because I made changes to my order, as if she were the one paying. To top it off, I asked for a new straw because the one she gave me was broken, and she grabbed them and threw them on the counter. In my opinion, this kind of service is considered terrible for the customer.

Wait time was a little long but we weren’t in a rush. Steak and fries were both really well seasoned. We did ask for extra Mayo when ordering and upon order pick up we were given 3 packets for two sandwiches.

Great Steak? I really think not. They should name this place Terrible Steak. Couldn’t get through half of the sandwich made with some type of mystery chopped up meat. And it was served with a side of nacho cheese that looks even more diluted down. 25 minute wait for this treat. To make matters worse, they have terrible service. I just wanted some ketchup packets to enhance the food and one lady shouted out to the other employee if she can give me some ketchup and she just ignored her request. Like twice when she asked. I understand airport food is already bad but they’re at the bottom. Therefore, please do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Plain and simple horrible, from beginning to end. Staff rude will boss you to step away from the prep line. Asked for ketchup, and she responded, “Look in your bag,” as if I had not done so. Food disgusting, the only good thing was the coke. It’s unfair that they can get away with it since I am sure they will not give your money back. If you are reading this review, you are dying the right thing. I should have done the same before buying here and would not have eaten here.

The Food is horrible. They cook in a massive amount of butter that drowns the taste of the beef. Also, eating at the restaurant on a consistent basis will ensure your future visit to a cardiovascular thoracic surgeon. This food is a disaster for your health. Don’t waste your money.

Just walking into this place you have a feeling it’s going to be bad…the floors were sticky like someone had spilled a bunch of soda and it had dried before anyone thought to mop it up.
I saw several people in the terminal sitting down and eating their sandwiches and fries and it didn’t look that bad. I was hungry since my plane had been delayed (3 times!), so I buckled down and had a “classic” cheesesteak (sirloin, cheese sauce, grilled onions).
So, yeah, it wasn’t great. The meat was super greasy and the bun was tough, like it had been frozen and then thawed out in a microwave. I would only eat this out of desperation…might have been better off going to terminal B and having a burrito bowl or a bagel sandwich.

People gave this place pretty bad rating. The food is actually not that bad. French fries were bomb. The ice machine was out of ice for fountain sodas. The prices are alot lower than other airport food. Cost me 16 bucks for a Philly, added mushrooms and pepper and came with cheese. Made it a combo for a very big portion of French fries and a drink.

Great Steak: the cheesesteak restaurant that doesn’t have steak!
Showed up at 10am when they start serving lunch and they somehow were already out of steak.
Ordered the chicken instead, which according to the menu is made with provolone, but was given a sandwich with yellow liquid cheese. While I don’t mind the yellow cheese, if you’re gonna advertise your sandwiches being made a certain way then that’s how they should be made. Feels like a big “f you” to the customers since we’re stuck in an airport and have limited options when it comes to food choices. If we’re gonna be forced to pay airport prices you could at least make sure the food is of good quality.
Just another reason why Harry Reid has quickly become my least favorite airport, and I’ve flown through Manila and Guam multiple times.
