We took friends here for a celebratory dinner. The menu had a good variety for almost anyone with dietary restrictions. The food was okay, but not fantastic. I had the grouper and it was just okay, but pretty bland. The dinner rolls seemed like packaged bread and nothing special. My husband had the mushroom dish, which he was enjoying until he found a very chewy piece that he had to spit out. Turns out it was a rubber band. We told the server and she apologized for the chef. They offered a free desert and tried to move on quickly. No manager apology, or replacement of meal. For such an upscale place, I would have thought it would have been handled better. It was quite an embarrassment, as we picked the place and we had guests with us. Everyone felt bad and it kind of put a damper on the experience, not to mention it was a choking hazard. I think they could do better for the price. Where is quality control? Don’t think we will go back.

The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don’t grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.
The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.

We haven’t been here in years, and have to say, it has gone downhill! The mac and cheese is still amazing, but otherwise, we felt it was grossly overpriced for what we had. While our server was clearly appalled, we were shocked not to see a manager or the chef after I chewed on a rubber band I was served in my mushroom/pasta dish. I surmised the mushrooms are bundled with rubber bands, and the server confirmed that. The chef offered a free dessert for my trouble. 4 entrees, 1 drink, an appetizer, was almost $300! Am I wrong to expect a fine dining experience? Probably not going back, plenty of other places to have above average food at half the price.

I cant really say how my experience was due to the fact someone working at this restaurant made a reservation for a birthday dinner on the night they were closed! I tried to call the manager to ask what had happened because i had a hunch that it was the company i keep who lied and said they made a reservation when they did not. The reason this matters is because i want to confirm what i already know about an acquaintance who i have no regards for but i am certain has enough regards for themsrlves to go around. Perhaps the estsblishment forgot their own hours or hired someone who didnt know the hours of their place of employment. Since no one bothered to return my call i will never know who the culprit was. Somehow i think its both.

Sara’s place… You cannot go wrong here no matter what you order on the menu….. Awesome food… I had the wild salmon it was so delicious My friends had the lobster mac and cheese they said it was phenomenal…. The drinks were awesome… They had a great selection of wine and cocktails….

Nice food, a bit expensive, but have a good size of portion. It was quite noisy, maybe that’s because it was Friday dinner time. We totally forgot that it was Friday when we went there, there were no open tables, and others were reserved, but we got lucky and sat at the bar. I’d recommend reserving a table if you plan to go there.
