So so so good! Wife was craving Birria and we hadn’t tried this place. I’m so glad we did. The agua de nuez was so quenching and creamy!! My birria ramen was so flavorful and bold. I enjoyed the kick of spiciness it had to offer. Luckily it wasn’t too crowded but there is a

I ate at Wall St Cocina and tried the birria tacos—hands down some of the best I’ve had. The meat was incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and perfectly seasoned. The tacos were crispy, cheesy, and dipped just right, and the consommé took everything to another level. You can tell they take pride in their food. Definitely coming back and highly recommend if you’re a birria fan.

Hear me out. The place is not big or fancy but the food. I had some of the best birria tacos I’ve ever had. The broth and meat were so tasty and spicy it didn’t need extra sauce. Wish they would sell individual tacos, but I understand the reasons. Definitely I will keep coming for more.

I love these type of places. It’s small and humble but packs the tasty foods! I eaten quite few times here which i proceed to do so. Today I tried the Birria Burrito. This burrito is for two people that’s how big it is! Super tasty! Recommend the burrito and tacos!

Went there cause my kid wanted to try it. She likes the birria tacos. I had a 20 in my pocket thinking it would be more than enough to cover one plate of birria tacos. Nope this sad plate of queso-birria is way overpriced. Straight money grab and greed. The tacos are just a bit bigger than the reciept! You guys can blame inflation all you want but be honest, will the price go down once it gets better. Probably not.
Oh and the service. Girl made it seemed like she didnt even want to be there, which i get cause its work but damn sorry for bothering you.

This I discovered accidentally, The food is really amazing, tried the birria tacos and the burrito. The beef in the tacos was tender and flavorful, the pork in the burrito was very tender and tasty as well. I was happy to see they didn’t add any veggies or rice or beans to the burrito it was straight up meat wrapped in a tortilla, just like It’s supposed to be .
The birria dip was also very good, spicy with a kick so were there salsas and I loved it.
Definitely recommend. And I’ll be back for more.

Well, I’ve finally found my favorite tacos in Midland and it’s the Tacos de Birria at Wall St Cocina. These tacos are on another level. The meat is juicy, the shell has a slight crunch and the consume has some bite to it. I look forward to kicking up the spice level next time… I want to sweat!
I ordered a plate of four but I could have easily eaten four more. I didn’t want them to end. Plan on me being here once or twice a week as I make my way through their entire menu.

I had an awesome experience here! Kat, the cashier, was super nice and very attentive. She gave us great suggestions from the menu, and thanks to her, I ended up trying the birria tacos—they were absolutely amazing! Our food came out really fast, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I definitely recommend stopping by this spot. Great service and even better food!

Although the tacos are very delicious, they have skyrocketed in price to $18 + tax (5$/taco) and you have to pay separately for hot sauce I understand meat prices have gone up so the up charge is not a big deal but that’s like getting fries with no ketchup. Delicious food is one thing, but when the value starts to feel stripped down, it’s hard not to notice.
