So far very good!! I have visited now a few times thru the drive thru and picked up the same thing, the apple pecan salad x2 for me and the hubby. It is always fresh with fresh greens, warm chicken, and the blue cheese is always packed in a separate container. I couldn’t be happier! I tried the other Wendy’s in town on Sawmill and the salad was brown, their fruit was brown and gross, and the blue cheese was already inside the salad getting hot next to the chicken. I will not make that mistake again. I hope this Wendy’s keeps doing what it’s doing!

Worst Wendy’s i’ve ever eaten at. Food was alright, but tasted like it was from a gas station. They forgot my chicken nuggets, and when i went back in to get them, one of the boxes had 3 (instead of 4) chicken nuggets, and a little french fry??? The energy was somehow chaotic, even though there were TWO other customers. We now drive an extra ten minutes to avoid this Wendy’s.

Employees made me pull up with no customers behind me. Gave me attitude when I asked if I could wait. Then brought my food out missing half the order. I drove back to get the food and the manager gave me even more attitude and said it was my fault for leaving so fast. Your employee messed up and then you blame it on me? And I had to ask for her to remake my food and give it to me. Not very good customer service may not last long in Powell treating people this way

Store refused to make the order. It’s only 6:30p. It was an order for 5 people. And from one outside source I know, it’s a bunch of teenagers that are not friendly and have messed up their order multiple times.

Went through the drive thru. AI bot takes the order, food was barely warm and my iced coffee was barely cold. About the 3rd time I have been there with same result of cold food. The person who handed me my food, was on her cell phone carrying on a conversation. Won’t be back

The AI bot that takes your order is surprisingly accurate! We have been there 5 times with unique orders and I have to say I am impressed. The food has always been hot and fast. Honestly, I have never been inside. I guess it’s only a matter of time before all the workers are replaced by robots. 🙁

I ordered a hamburger with zero cheese on it & I was the only one in the drive through & they still screwed up the hamburger. Cheese all over it so I fed it to my dog since I don’t eat their nasty cheese.
