These are the hardest working sub slingers on Haywood Rd!!
FOOD> I can’t remember which sub I choose (they’re all fantastic) and accompanied by that crisp pickle. One thing is for sure – it was fresh, hearty and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! I often pair it with an indulgence of chips and a self serve sweet tea which makes refills easy
There was something really special about the sweetness of the ham that made it extra mouth watering
The portion size was so generous that I had to ask for a box to take half home and it made an extra meal!!
SERVICE> No matter how busy they were, they were kind and courteous
ATMOSPHERE> the shop was full of people and the decor is tried and true to the brand of heroes that tirelessly serve

Second time in this store. It was filthy!! The drink machine was disgusting, tge table next to it with lids and napkins, filthy! I watched as sandwiches were made. One worker didnt change gloves. He grabbed a rag, the steamed meat, grabbed lettuce and other things without changing gloves. The service was very slow. And for the store to be empty is should have been clean. Will not go back.

Honestly, I had no issues or complaints about my sub. I ordered the large Italian and it was perfect. The sub was hot, tasted good, and made just how I asked.

Ordered Hook and Ladder and large order of fries. The Hook and Ladder had way too much horseradish on it, I have never even tasted it on the Hook and Ladder before. Also, ordered large order of fries and it did not have the special dipping sauce with it.

I have never ate at any fire house subs before I’ve always went to subways because they send me coupons in the mail but I’m on vacation and this place is right outside the parking lot of my hotel so we decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did its literally the best sub sandwich place ever and they have soups as well the potato soup is the best will definitely only eat at fire house subs from now on they are way better and more fresher than sub way I don’t even care about the discounts the food is truly way better and the price is not that much of a difference

Look elsewhere for a good meal. We had a simple order of three sandwiches; however, two of the three or not the ones we ordered. As we didn’t check until we got home, a poor experience. The order was about $45!

Avoid this place, this was my 1st time coming to this Firehouse I normally go to Greer location and I promise I will not be back to this Firehouse, so apparently this location decided to put in the order kiosks for you to do their job for them so they will have more time on their phones and talking to each other, So when I ask if they could just take our order the guy behind the counter said NO we had to do it, so 1st of all let me make sure I understand, they went up on their prices but I have to put in my order? No thank you and I will not be back If the other locations do this I will make Jersey Mikes my go-to, , so to make it even worse after we ate a guy walked up to the counter and the girl at the counter took his order?? WTH, so they pick and choose who’s order they take?
If I drop over 30 bucks for a couple of Subs the least they can do is punch it in the computer, then it has the nerve to ask for a tip? Here is a tip, get those damn kiosks out and get better employees,
