This was the best experience I’ve had at any Panera location, and that is saying a lot because I’ve always liked Panera. The service was great, I let them choose my sandwich soup combination and I enjoyed every bite. I highly recommend.

Ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel, toasted and sliced with cream cheese to go. Got back to my office and there wasn’t any cinnamon on it at all.

They were out of everything and the portions were small. We even asked for a discount since we had to alter all of the order, but the guy only explained why they were out of everything (someone made a large order earlier in the day).
My sandwich was mostly lettuce. The quinoa bowl was nearly empty, so we had to go up and ask them for more, which is why the picture shows the rice on top. My “smoothie” was mostly ice on the bottom.
The food was delicious, but these prices aren’t justified for what you get.

As ALWAYS the cashiers are so friendly! This particular visit was exceptionally good BECAUSE I had the BEST Greek Salad with just spinach for the greens. The one that prepared it did such AMAZING job! The salad was well put together with just the right amount of everything! I had to go to her after and thank her for such a job well done! Prairie Village Panera…YOU ALL DID IT AGAIN!

I had a bad experience. I ordered 2 Bowl with Chicken, both had 4 very small pieces of chicken. The bowl came with less than half. I pay more than 15 dollars for each one. the bread was just thrown in the bag it didn’t bring napkins forks how was i supposed to eat it

Most everything we’ve had here has been great. Their rapid pickup is exactly that. The only bad experience we had was one time my wife’s sandwich had a single slice of meat. When she said something to the staff she was told “yeah, we’re not really known for our proteins”. What? That only happened once and since then we’ve had food. Must have been a vegetarian staff member or something.

We got a really weak allocation of meat again on a sandwich. One tiny strip of chicken on my wife’s sandwich. Unfortunately we did the rapid pickup so we didn’t find out until we got home. She was disappointed which made me mad. See my pic of the strip of chicken. That’s not a chicken sandwich… it’s a “nothin sandwich”. A vegetarian must have prepared it or something. Come on Panera – you can do better than this.

We ordered tuna salad sandwiches and potato soup. After 10 min were told they were out of tuna salad. So got something else. Also ordered potato soup. It was old and should have never been served. Oh also got home with third sandwich order wrong too. I think we might need new management here.

I got a vanilla late, the cup was only half full. My wife got a larged iced coffee with cream and sugar. They handed it to her and said they forgot to put in sugar so they handed her 2 sugar packs… we pay the monthly membership. If this is what we get maybe its time to cancel it.
