I came here after visiting the farmer’s market and just wanted a quick fry. 30 minutes for a sprite and a large fry is extremely disappointing. At some point someone working drive thru made a mistake and we were asked to pull in the reserved drive thru spot where we watched 10+ cars leave the drive thru I’m assuming with their orders.
Do you think they ever offer anything extra for the wait? A free pie ? A cookie ? Anything to make up for literally making fast food take longer than sitting down at a restaurant and waiting for a meal? Not at all. To me that’s extremely poor customer service. We didn’t order something extraordinary.
And getting a refund after all this time seemed utterly pointless…if it takes them this long to make a single order of fries I can’t imagine if I actually wanted a meal…): I’m a fry fanatic so this was not a good experience. I’m sure they had something happen inside but again to expect customers to wait 30-40 minutes for 1 French fry with nothing more than a sorry is a bit unacceptable

What can I say – I ordered at the self-service kiosk but it doesn’t accept cash so I had to wait in another line to cash out. Cheeseburger was not even warm … it was like it sat on a shelf for a half hour. Service was friendly and fast.

I just went through the drive through and got a four pc nugget box filled with Big Mac sauce instead of my kids nuggets Couldn’t tell until we got home. I’d rather drive 5 miles to the next one than deal with these people again. It had to of been done on purpose.

Ordered through mobile app. Went to drive thru to get my food. They said I had to come inside to get food. I go inside to get food and after 10 minutes of waiting I ask one of the 5 employees ignoring me to give me my food. Who else give me my food but the girl who was working the drive thru. Meanwhile the manager was still carrying on a conversation with a friend. Terrible atmosphere and terrible customer service. I know nothing will come of this. This is the first review I have ever written
