Got to cool springs galleria mall before the shop got open so I decided to check everything out. Found Stacked Express in the food court, gave it a look and decided to order. Ordered the sweet potato pancakes with over medium eggs and turkey sausage, then a side of the “house hashbrowns”. The pancakes were amazing with a nice cinnamon cream drizzle with cinnamon syrup. Cook was friendly and did great job, eggs were cooked perfectly and the turkey sausage was quality, you could tell. I did like the hashbrowns but the did lack great flavor and was little over priced for the portion received. Everyone was friendly, I would definitely hit it up again when in town.

This adds some great new options to the food court at Galleria. Ordering from the kiosk was easy and efficient. I had the smash burger from the lunch menu. Very tasty (excellent seasoning) and the fries had a similar, unique seasoning that was really unexpected and delicious. I’ll be back to try the Cinnamon Roll French toast next! This was an excellent value, especially compared to other options in the food court.

Excited to try this new restaurant! Everything looked amazing, however we went for a smash burger and fries! It was great! They made it to order. Cheeseburger and fries with a small drink, $12 very good deal! We will be back to try other things. It’s definitely a needed option at the mall or if you’re in the area for lunch or dinner.

Today, my wife and I had brunch at Stack Express restaurant in the Cool Springs Mall.
The pancakes there are the best . Better than any First Watch, better than Le Peep, better than Loveless Cafe, better than Another Broken Egg, better than Buttermilk Ranch, better than Pfunky Griddle, even better than the original Pancake Pantry and I’ve been there a few times. Better than any breakfast place in and around the Nashville area.
The pancakes are fresh, cooked perfectly, tasty, delicious, and come in different flavors (buttermilk, sweet potato, and cinnamon roll). They stand on their own but you can also have them with compote or syrup and they still taste absolutely amazing. They also have excellent flavor.
The restaurant also serves eggs, sausage, and hash browns among other delicious foods as well. Those are on par with the other restaurants in the area.
This is a fantastic place to eat breakfast or brunch and I absolutely recommend it.
Don’t be fooled because it’s in the mall. This place has exceptional value and deserves its own place. The mall is lucky to have them. Do not be misled about its location in the mall. This place competes with every other breakfast place in and around Nashville.

It is located right at the corner of the Mall’s food court… and please…THIS place HAS to stay open! It’s great for a delicious, quick breakfast. The server was super nice and went the extra mile.

The breakfast options are great and the prices are inline with everybody else. Reasonable. They are in a food court so the space is open and can be quite noisy. Their lunch subs are very good also.

This place is like no other mall food court food you will ever eat! I had the BLT & added an egg over medium, & it was so good. The fries were amazing! My daughter had a cheeseburger, & she said it was amazing too. They serve their breakfast all day. The prices are on point & so was the service! 100% recommend. I think you’ll also make this one of your top go-to restaurants!
