My new go to spot in the neighborhood, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good, it’s has a wide array of options for all ranging from meat lovers to seafood lovers and lots of vegetarian options like the hush puppies which I would definitely recommend as well the rice bowls and the fish and chicken combo which seems like a bargain at that price , affordable dinners and good customer service. I would definitely come here every weekend and try out their food, one thing that got me were the good combos they offer. Highly Recommended to all

I started ordering food from this place a month ago. The first two times, I had an awesome experience, tonight my third and FINAL TIME giving these scammers my money , my experience was HORRIBLE! I’m never rude to anyone especially those preparing my food. I was on my way home from a family event so I went and ordered online for pick-up, for some reason the Uber Eats App was experiencing technical difficulties and placed my order into its system incorrectly. I stopped by the restaurant to let the owners know and insure that my order was placed and would arrive to me at my home since the app recorded it as a delivery order. The owner was very rude and disrespectful towards me , I was simply making sure that they were aware of the error and to check that my order was received and was accurate. The app tells me that my food had been delivered and I literally was at my front door and there was no food or delivery driver, so I called the driver who told me that he was instructed by the restaurant owner to push the order through because I was outside in the car to pick the order up , that was a lie, I told the owner that I was just making sure everything was recorded correctly and that since the app was malfunctioning, I’d go home and await the order because a tip and everything that I didn’t approve was already pushed through and taken off of my Visa Card. I do not appreciate this treatment and will NEVER PATRON this establishment again..NEVER!! If you’re irritated by the demographic area that you serve , PACK UP AND LEAVE! I treat people right and did not deserve this and to top it all off, Uber Eats is not trying to refund my money . The Uber Driver was nice enough to go back to the restaurant and get the order , when he arrived at my home , I only received half of my order , mind you , I’ve already paid and tipped the driver … I decided to seek help from Uber Eats who claimed they couldn’t refund my money , as a result , I personally drove back up to the restaurant with the order that was delivered to me , with the receipt still attached and the food still packaged and untouched , since I can’t get my money back for an order that I over paid for then you’re definitely going to give me my entire order. I absolutely, positively will never spend my money here again . That’s a promise!

I was pretty skeptical of this place due to the location, but boy was I wrong! Where I didnt feel safe, I WAS!!! Hated the food from a different location, but this location PROVED ME WRONG!!! I LOVE IT AND I LOVE THEM!!! So respectful, so polite, amazing food with great customer service! Please don’t come in here being rude, they don’t deserve the foolishness I recommend the Jumbo Fried Shrimp and Fried Oysters for sure!!! MMMMM
This location is much safer than the location on MLK near Melon!!! This location has a good amount of free parking, no begging persons around, it’s clean in the area, including the restaurant. I do recommend to pre-order your food as everything is made FRESH SO EXPECTE A WAIT. *** Have patience , they so nice* It is indeed worth it* Again, please don’t be rude to these extremely nice people ⚘️❣️ I wish they had a point system to get discounted food, though. My husband and I spend great money here almost daily and we recommend so many to try. Even while in the store and I don’t even work for them

Food was cooked fresh and I appreciate that they now cook the fries, chicken, fish and shell seafood in separate oils. I have a shell sea food allergy and last visit (last year) they did not do that. My wife and kids loved the food though. Wife said it was one of the best shrimp and Oyster Poe Boy’s she ever had.
