Belle
Lovely place with a great view of the San Diego harbor and the sunset. They also have good selection of food, cocktails and wines. Their fish and chips tasted really good. The oysters were fresh albeit smaller in size.

Service was great. Servers were friendly and they check on us every once in a while. The ambience was great too. There’s many people there but everyone was friendly and just having a chill time.

Beautiful place. Very Windy on the bay. Take a coat, sweater, jacket. Food was good. Sitting on the “outside” in the couch areas was a little difficult to eat your food. We made it work. Staff was kind and friendly.
The BOA is really a Taco in BOA Buns. The lobster role is not that good. Too much slaw to lobster ratio.

The view is amazing! Loved it. The drinks were good too, a little small unfortunately (e.g. Mai Tai). The prices for the food are totally okay, the place is so nice, that I thought it would be really expensive but it is not. We arrived at 5 pm without a reservation and didn’t have to wait.

I only went there for the view. But I was on my own so I guess we don’t get the good spots, which makes sense kinda. I asked for the window table and it was kinda window table but also the roof of the downstairs restaurant was visually on my way to see the ocean. But the tables and couches for group seating were fun and good ocean view. Sorry don’t have a pic of them. I don’t remember the taste of my mojito but I remember it had a lot of fresh mint which was perfect.

I stopped by this place for lunch while visiting San Diego for the first time. The view from the restaurant was amazing 🙂 I tried Lobster Mac and cheese, Alaskan Halibut fish and chips. The lobster Mac and cheese 10/10, the fish was so crispy and I loved the fries. Overall such a good vibe.

It was my second time here, and my feelings are the same. This place is great for a casual sunset dinner with friends. the bar offers great views and is set above the tables in the center of the establishment. It is entirely outdoors and very well maintained on that mater. The ambiance is modern yet cozy. There are a few fire pits not facing the sunset but the city, doubling your chances of getting a good seat. The drinks were well mixed and the food was prepared with passion. You can taste, the chef cared about what he let leave the kitchen!

Booked lunch here for after my daughter’s graduation and we were the only diners which made for a relaxing experience. We sat on the closest seats to the water and the views were spectacular.

The service was perfect. Our waitress was friendly and had impeccable timing. She knew exactly when to come by our table.

We ordered their crab cake, lobster Mac and cheese and top sail burger. There was a lot of crab in the crab cake, but it needed more seasoning. The slaw served with the cake was delicious and paired somewhat well with the cake. The lobster Mac and cheese had some nice pieces of lobster, but the pasta and sauce was bland; it desperately needed salt. The burger was juicy and tasted good, but it was just an average burger. The fries however were yum! Crispy and well seasoned.

We paid $167.71 (with tip). If solely based on the food, I would say, no return visit. The views and vibe however, saves the day in this case. I would return for the views alone then maybe try a few more dishes.

Topsail on North Harbor Drive , on the Embarcadero. After a day of walking around visiting sites, museums etc, can’t think of a better way to relax and unwind and catch a nice sunset. Chill vibe here…the bar has great views but you can also reserve in the lounge area. Either way, you will finish the day in a beautiful venue.

Ordered their Rye Old Fashioned and Lobster Mac & Cheese. Both were amazing and delicious, and great views of the San Diego Bay!

One of the best views in the city with delicious eats!

My family and I went here to eat before my sisters flight at SAN.

Located on top of Brigantine Seafood & Oyster Bar on port side pier. This space has wonderful views of SD best and the San Diego airport.

The service and ambiance is wonderful. The staff is attentive and heaters are located throughout to keep you warm on a chilly day whilst not compromising the fresh air.

All the food is delciously proportioned and great for a quick bite.

I highly recommend the flatbread!
