Wow, this place! My kids and I make it a goal to try every bubble tea place we see. After a recommendation from a friend, we came to Greatea and are SO GLAD we did. It’s now our favorite bubble tea in the area. Not only are the options plentiful, but it’s the cleanest tasting tea I’ve found. Great quality drinks and amazing service. Lydia, the owner is super friendly and attentive to her customers. All of the ingredients are fresh! The ordering system makes it easy to customize your drink. Ambience is cozy and welcoming for working or for bringing friends. Love this place!

I most def love a good milk tea. After visiting the Crystal loft, I stopped in here. The vibe was warm and welcoming. Typically I’ll do a taro milk tea. Today I decided to try something else. What I like the most about this place is the atmosphere. It is cozy and not too loud, not awkwardly quiet either. The owner is kind. The reason for not giving all five stars are: the milktea being too sweet (but I guess this can be adjusted if I request in person…But the kiosk didn’t ask the sweetness level), ice cream waffle leaking on the bottom of the container once it starts melting (I would rather order without ice cream next time), trash bin being placed outside of the store, and not having a restroom for customers (unless it was hidden somewhere). I’m willing to visit again in the future, probably to just chill.

Great tea shop with a huge selection of drinks. The taro milk tea uses real taro and it had lots of large chunks in the bottom, certainly unable to go up a straw. I did add boba pearls, but was unfortunately given a straw that was too narrow and every drink was made impossible when it got clogged. Besides that, the flavor was delicious and I’d definitely go back (I’d just make sure to get the correct straw).

The interior decor is beautiful ✨, the service was super friendly, and they have the most fun drink options. Even more unique than most boba places I’ve gone. They even have real fruit in the drinks too. The drink was amazing, the prices were super fair too.
