We were excited for Papa John’s tonight, but I ended up hitting a deer on my way to pick up our order. I was pretty shaken but OK. I called a bit after our pick up time to let them know not expecting anything but I was told we they will make our order for free in the future. It meant a lot given the situation and we look forward to cashing in on a different day! Thank you!

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered several pizzas online for my daughter’s birthday party, and when I arrived to pick up the order I was told they wouldn’t accept cash. After explaining I didn’t have a credit card with me and that it was a 20 minute drive home, the woman refused to let me pay, telling me my only option was to make a 40 minute round trip to go get a card.
I continued trying to rationalize with her the absurdity of the situation, and she ultimately told me to leave the store.
Needless to say, a horrible customer experience.

Ordered one large pepperoni and pineapple pizza. When we arrived to pick it up the manager said we upgraded you to stuffed crust at no extra charge. Unfortunately, that’s not what we ordered, or were in the mood to eat.
Instead of apologizing the guy who did this and the cashier were both rude and unapologetic. He was upset he would have to make us the pizza we ordered through their app. So we sat there for another 15 minutes while he made us what we originally ordered.
Zero offer of a refund, no apology, nothing. We will never come back here and I suggest you do the same. We’ve had zero issues at dominos in Oconomowoc. Whoever owns this location….good luck.

Things have definitely changed at Papa John’s. Used to receive a sauce & seasoning pocket w/ purchase of a pizza. I paid for two extra, but only got one. The Honey Pepper wings were disappointing; they weren’t spun in the sauce, but rather a small amount placed on each wing (HINT: wings taste better when covered by the sauce and allowed to settle in!). The pepperoni pizza (+ additional pepperoni) I ordered fell far short of adequate coverage of slices on the pizza. I had to add more when I got home. At least the order was ready when I arrived.

I went to Papa Johns for the first time ever today, in Hartland location. It is so delicious, cooked perfectly and great service! Plus got a free pencil and fridge magnet yay! For real, a great stuffed crust, thank you.

Had a takeout order placed on Friday 8/16. Had to wait a bit in the lobby as it was busy. No big deal they were a bit behind. However, what I saw on the make line was nasty. Won’t be eating here again. A few employees had hats on. One didn’t – He was sitting there sweating. He proceeds to wipe the sweat off the side of his head with the palm side of his hand. Through the greasy hair. Then reaches into the toppings and continues to build pizzas. No gloves on anyone back there. Didn’t wash his hands. No more – that’s so nasty. Why are they not wearing gloves?!?

Ordered a pizza at 10:00 on tracking it said ready and being checked at 10:15 then I get a notification saying it’s now going to be delivered by DoorDash!? And now the time for delivery is a hour away and set for 11:15pm!!! I’m only 7 min away from store I’m not a happy customer whosoever. If I wanted to use DoorDash I would have this is just downright shady bullshit.

One of the weirdest and worst pizza delivery experiences I’ve ever had. We called for pickup and the employees said it would be faster to have the pizza delivered,which makes no sense, but we reluctantly agreed. After an hour and a half of waiting we called back and the employee said that they gave our pizzas to a Door Dash driver to deliver because they didn’t have drivers (why would they suggest delivery then?). We asked where the pizza could be and they said they don’t have any info about the Door Dash drivers.
Not only did we not want to order delivery in the first place, they also stated over the phone that it would be faster to have it delivered, and on top of that they gave it to an outside source to deliver and they DID NOT deliver anything at all.
The Driver either delivered the pizza to a random house and took no payment, took the pizza for themselves, or the employees didn’t make our pizza at all and just came up with that story to cover for it. (Why would they give door dash a pizza to deliver when we haven’t even paid yet? Is the Door Dash driver who doesn’t work for Papa Johns supposed to bring the cash back to the store for them? I doubt it)
Do not order delivery from this location, you might as well drive out to the next nearest Papa Johns, it would be much faster.
