Our root beer floats were amazing! Unfortunately we were charged 2 times two different amounts on top of that the person that was working that night decided to tip them selfs without letting us know so watch your statements and ask for receipts when you go there spoke to a manager and she was very helpful with getting this resolved will definitely go again but will be very cautious next time.

The ice cream we had was amazing! We got praline ice cream with pralines and Heath. It really was delicious. However, I would agree with other reviewers. The service was sub par. Ran by teenagers whose friends come in by droves for free samples. The teenagers overrun this place. We did come in late on a Saturday night so maybe we will try again during earlier hours.

I usually like this spot but it’s going down hill more and more. Since when did vaping on the job become cool? Way too old to not know better. Stopped by yesterday as well and the chairs were up forever didn’t know if i could come in or not so i just left. Staff need to be trained better.

The customer service was great and it wasn’t busy when we visited here. The staff was helpful and informative through the whole process.
The flavor of ice cream was a bit one sided. I love flavor but it was a bit too much for me.
Overall, we had a good experience but wouldn’t go out of our way to only come here, like we do for something like Tony Burgers.

I stopped in sometime last fall to treat my granddaughter and myself. We were the only two people in the shop so we decided to stay and eat our ice cream cones there. The ice cream was amazing and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. When I wanted to surprise a family member with an ice cream cake for her birthday a few weeks ago, I called the store to see what they had. The employee I spoke with was extremely helpful. He repeated the descriptions of each ice cream cake more than once and was so patient with me. After finally choosing one (they all sounded delicious!) I asked them to hold it for me and I gave them my name. Sure enough, three hours later when I went to pick it up it was still there. My whole family enjoyed the ice cream cake (we added the candles). I’ve been here twice now and I’ll definitely be back!

I recently moved and i decided to try out this little ice cream shop. Overall it was good, however, the place seemed a little run down. It’s an ice cream shop with mix ins, it definitely gives knock off cold stone vibes. Haha
They could have used more employees during the shift. The process was slow and Ice cream was soft and runny by the time I checked out.

The ice cream is amazing and so are the cones. When we went the two girls there were friendly and helpful and always smiling even though they were overrun with the amount of people coming in. They stayed positive through it all. I will 100% bring my family back again.

It was close to closing. They didn’t mix the fixings in with the icecream and got my order wrong. I was charged $14.00 for 1 scoops of icecream with butterfinger sprinkled on one and 1 scoop of icecream with apple filling put on it in a waffle cup. I was very disappointed.

My Wife, Granddaughter and myself order Ice Cream the other evening and had it DoorDash to our home. After eating into it a little ways I noticed this hair sticking up. We all was amazed how long it was as I kept pulling it out. I laid it on a black album cover to show how long it was (see Picture at least 6-8 inches long). I could not eat my ice cream after that and no one else could eat theirs. We have been customers for a long time. Rethinking that for future buys. Yuck!
