My parents would stop here almost every time they went off Cape. It was their little ritual. After my Mom passed away, the staff were so kind to my Dad! It is the quality of the staff at this location that sets them apart. I cannot thank them enough. (Also, they make a fine cup of tea, which is not that common in a coffee shop 🙂

The girls that work here are extremely unpleasant. I have experienced this by several of the girls not just one. They never get my coffee right. I always ask for no ice. These are my last 3 purchases one picture is with ice one when I took the ice out like how insane is it to think I want to pay for ice. And way too much milk in the only coffee they didn’t put ice in. I am over this negative starbucks and worst coffee makers in Buzzards Bay.

Love stopping here when coming to and leaving Cape Cod. Friendly staff and a clean place. Great for stopping with the family before a long drive home or just hanging out at while in the area. The employees are allergy aware and make sure to do sugar free for diabetics and others. I enjoy the place and will be here again.

I already stopped going to Starbucks since shareholders voted to rid of DEI but my husband wanted a frappacino so we stopped in.
This location is so hit or miss drink quality wise and they are always snarky if we mobile order shortly before arrival – even with no line. I’ve never had this issue at any other Starbucks. I didn’t realize having to take a custom allergy order was less time consuming than receiving a mobile order 90 seconds before pulling into line? Seems so silly to be snarky over. Well – that was our last Starbucks trip 🙂

Love this place I come here to cut through the traffic grab a coffee and head to Falmouth a couple of days a week whenever I come here there’s never a line in drive-through the girls at the window are super sweet today I had the blonde girl with the light eyes she explained to me in the window how there was a new size called a Trenta for ice beverages I appreciated that as it was a good upsell because I ended up purchasing that size along with other things she was very sweet and complemented my nails as well what good service I will definitely be back again
