This is the worst chipotle location probably ever. Placed a mobile-thru order around 10:30pm and when I got home I find my order is missing cheese, guacamole I paid extra for, and chicken al pastor I paid extra for. No protein in my bowl whatever. Not to mention my order was not ready by the promise time when I arrived. On top of all this my girlfriend received her quesadilla drowning in sour cream instead of how the quesadilla is properly served.

Came in around 8:30pm and was helped by this blonde girl. I received literally 10 pieces of chicken in my bowl if that. So I asked for more because I’m not paying that much for a bowl with 10 pieces of chicken. She still didn’t give me that much so I asked another worker to put more in my bowl since obviously she was rationing this chicken for some odd reason. Anyway I went to pay and after checked my receipt and saw she decided to charge me for extra chicken ?? Then we also noticed that my boyfriend was charged for extra steak when he literally never asked for or received extra. It seems like she was just upset that the 10 pieces of chicken weren’t enough for me the first time, and decided to take it out by charging us extra. Just unprofessional, weird, and ultimately rude. This location is usually very good so I was surprised by this encounter. We did get refunded for the extra meat.

Easily the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to with respect to portions. We used the chipotlane and got 3 borrito bowls. Each one was filled HALFWAY. I’ve been to many chipotles and even though sometimes during peak hours the portions are SLIGHTLY less due to lower supply, this is just embarrassing. They would never give you this much if you were ordering it there. Typically you can spend $12 and get a meal that would leave leftovers…not here. Won’t be coming back here again.

Very clean and orderly establishment. The manage was in site and I could tell that he was no nonsense. I hadn’t eaten Chipotle in quite some time and it was very good. The only thing that I didn’t like and would request differently next time is that they drained my beans. I prefer to have some of that bean liquid on the rice so my meal was somewhat dry.

I ordered 2 veg burrito wraps and 2 bag of chips with Guacamole and guess what was delivered? 2 burrito bowls and missing 2 bags of chips. When I asked to spoke with store manager Malik Fearrington stated that they were out of it, so they didn’t have the courtesy to let us know or tell the delivery driver. Manager had smile on his face and didn’t even refund me full money. Worst service, they delivered what they decided not what I ordered!!!

Came here this past weekend(6/24) and got a chicken and sofritas bowl and 2 chicken tacos. I ordered for pickup through the app and it was ready at the drive through as soon as I pulled up. The food was great they gave me a good portion of all of the things I asked for in my bowl and tacos and the lady at the drive through was very nice and helpful. I Would definitely come back here again

I placed an order online. I get home I have no guacamole or queso. Instead of queso there is sour cream splattered all over the bowl. I absolutely can not stand sour cream so I has to end up everything off the top. Then I learned that I got white rice instead of brown. If you don’t have what I ordered then give me a refund. Don’t give me nothing and give me what I don’t want. A whole 20 dollars down the drain for nothing. Ive never had anything wrong here and im severely disappointed.

Usually I’d give this one a 4/5. But I show up on a Saturday at 1130 am. 30 minutes after opening. They have no cheese. How the hell are u open 30 minutes and still have no cheese? Most places have employees there b4 they open. But this one couldn’t figure out how to get the most used ingredient for atleast over an hour of being there? Thanks for wasting our gas n time over something easily solvable. “Incompetently ran”

they fell off really hard they used to be the best chipotle nearby always giving good portions and quality ingredients but now they skimp on the portions always forget something or refuse to fill the vinaigrette. It’s crazy how bad it’s become and I am going to be avoiding this location in the future.

We just recently stopped in to this Chipotle and once again, I can safely say this is one of the most consistently good fast food/counter-serve restaurant chains. If you’re wanting something a bit healthier, and not very expensive, Chipotle is usually the go-to place. We got two bowls and some organic sweet tea, and service was great (employees were smiling and happy to give us our food, which isn’t always the case at places like this), and it tasted good and fresh like usual! The only thing I need to take a star off of is the overall atmosphere – the counter was a bit messy, though this could’ve just been because there was a max rush of people right before we came in. Overall, I always like Chipotle, and if I happen to be driving through Elkton in the future, I’ll probably stop here again!
