Their fried chicken is definitely one of the best in town.
Great employees, great food, and the best service. We were very impressed with the store manager and how he interacted with his staff and his customers. He is very welcoming and friendly.
You can tell that he truly cares about his customers.
We have had their chicken tenders and always ordered them extra crispy, it brings out so much more flavor.
Their original crispy chicken is so delicious, so golden and we love it extra crispy ,you can’t go wrong. If you like spicy go for their spicy chicken.

First and last time wasting my money at this place. Chicken and tenders smelled like they were cooked in old oil. No flavor at all and was very bland and the chicken I ordered was supposedly spicy. Fries were cold and mash’s gravy looked like melted wax it had a weird film on top of it.
The self serve soda machine had the wrong syrup. I went to get coke and it was Dr.Pepper. Only positive thing was the worker that took our order was friendly and helpful.

had the best experience at Church’s Fried Chicken today. Mr. James answered the communication device instantly and was so welcoming from the start. I told him I was not too hungry and he suggested the perfect little meal that fit exactly what I needed. I trusted him completely when he added the jalapeño which was such a unique touch and honestly so good. He was hilarious at the window and his energy made the whole visit feel fun and easy. You can tell he leads the restaurant really well because everything felt smooth and attentive. He is incredibly diligent and truly the best. Big shoutout to Mr. James.

This place is unprofessional and poor quality food. I placed an order online for pickup hoping to pickup thru the drive thru since I had an injury on my leg. When I arrived I was told I had to walk into store to verify the order. I asked why I couldn’t do it in the drive thru and was told because they have to verify in person. Once the food was ready because the website said it was but it wasnt, all he asked me for was to see the order on the phone which I could of done in the drive thru. Once I got home which I only live 5 minutes away I found the chicken tenders were cold. I later spoke with customer service which promised me a refund but that was weeks ago and I haven’t even received a email back. They don’t care about customers or the condition their food is when served not to mention the lack of care for someone physically hurt forcing them to limp inside to do something I could of done from the car.

I went to this restaurant feeling excited, especially after downloading the app for a free 3-piece chicken strip deal. But when I got there, the scanner didn’t work, and the staff told me I had to place an online pickup order instead. I ended up spending over $40 for the largest chicken pieces I’ve ever seen. To make matters worse, they forgot my four biscuits and large mashed potatoes. I had to return the same day, only to find out they were out of chicken strips! They gave me some burnt chicken instead. I can’t stress enough—check your order!

Customer service is terrible. Food takes forever to make and it’s still not ready in time. No flavor then they forget some of the food. Never again. Bonanza & Rancho location definitely has the better business.

If I could I would give this place a 0 food was cold and nasty!!! Mac and cheese was literally burned. I called to complain and was told that is the way it is supposed to look and taste. BAd customer service I paid $60 for trash!! Stay away chicken taste like it was spoiled omg look at this Mac and cheese
